There are numerous reasons that makes living at The Grove a pleasurable experience. The peaceful garden walkways that join this community together are one of my favorite features especially after a stressful day. However, what really makes this apartment complex shine is there friendly staff. Sonia Reyes has always gone over and beyond for duty as a leasing agent and that's a humanistic feature that many other facilities do not Display in my opinion. We highly recommend it as a place to call home.

The pool is closed today Sunday and the office is also closed, i called the security company but tgey said its tge responsability of tge office, theres padlocks everywhere, we got no email, text or anything letting us know why its closed, for all the money we are paying here and we cant even use the pool.

I think the apartments are great. We looked all over and after comparing about 10 other places, we chose The Grove. The units feel modern and layouts make sense. I love how quiet it is and how they enforce quiet hours after 10pm. Adrianna and Sonia are friendly and always say hi. I appreciate the events they plan for the community too.

Terrible leasing office.we plan to rent here and move in after 2 days.and the manager just told me that my bankstatement she don't think is a bankstatement,so they can not rent to me.i was like ？？？？？？？？？my bank statement its from my contrys bank（because i uses forrig card here ）and the mannerger just reply me that she have seen all bank statementaround wold but not mine.????????????I signed the leasing contract and payed the application fee.and planning to move in after 2 days!how terrible is this apartment!

The Grove apartments are awesome. The staff which some of are Isaiah, Adriana, Araceli, Sonia and the maintenance team are stupendously superb with outstanding customer service and support. Person to person communication which is an extremely rare occurrence to have in today's day.

Been here for about a year, everything is great! Except for the fact that they hire the cheapest security on the market. They call it a "courtesy patrol" not sure if that's another name for little brother? Recently, my car was broken into and when I went to the office to see what they could do about it, I ran into another person who was reporting the same thing on the same night! Walking back to my truck, I had a police officer show up to report the incident and guess what happens? Another resident comes to tell us how his car and his girlfriend's friends car was broken into

Overall, okay apartments.
Pros:
- Friendly staff
- Amazon Lockers
- Quick maintenance
- A lot of parking on the side street if you don’t mind the walk
Cons:
- Very loud noise from the highway especially towards the back. If you live in the back, you won’t ever be able to open your windows (noise and dust)
- Airplane pathway is over the apartment complex, so you will hear airplanes flying over you
- Parking towards the front of the complex is near impossible
- Pool can become very crowded with large 20+ parties
- Gates are almost always open, so you will see strangers around all the

I've been looking for a place to live at and Thank God I found these beautiful apartments. They have a cute little balcony. Inside is super spacious and its quite and very acomidating. The freeways are close by. The maintance crew is always ready to assist. I have the comfort to go to the pool and to my own private gym. I love it! I'm really happy here. Thanku for all the crew at The Grove they maintain order and cleanliness.

Fifth time this has happened. Last took 3 days to pick up by maintenance (if they even, think my neighbor got sick of looking and smelling it too). Really shouldn't be a problem but some people living here are too lazy to walk their dogs. GROSS and unsanitary! Admin needs to figure out who has dogs and hold them accountable!

I wish I had the time to do this review earlier , I toured this location over a month ago wishing and hoping it would be our new home . Let me tell you guys since the moment I called,showed up and toured the complex my experience was amazing ! Milan was very informative over the phone and attentive to what I was looking for . He actually took the time to answer all my questions and my husbands. He showed us every space in the location without us feeling rushed ! I loved his customer service and actually how friendly they are at the office ...

I have been a resident of The Grove since 2013--I am a Grove "veteran." Sure, things have changed over the years, some for the better, some for the worse. But I am not a delusional person who has crazy, unreasonable expectations in a community of over 250 households. I am a chill guy who minds his own business and who does not complain about anything until a neighbor has forgotten their own boundaries and their comfort has encroached upon my own. I will not confront anyone--I'm not crazy. I will let management handle any out-of-hand situation. That is common sense.

So my family has lived here at the Grove Apartments for the past 7 years. We mind our business, pay our rent and enjoy the community. Many improvements have been made in recent years like the fitness center, pool area and upgrades to the apartments themselves. The staff in the rental office are friendly and quickly move to transact service requests. Overall, our time here continues to be a great experience.

I'm a current resident and I must say I thought I would renew my lease, but unfortunately I cant ahit to leave. 6 months ago I commented on Google and gave a review about these apartments. Management contacted and basically nothing has been done. I told the manager that the people upstairs make a lot of noise, running, stomping etc. I was told by the manager that she would need to come into my apartment and hear the noise, like I'm lying. She never came nor contacted me again about the situation. It literally sounds like a bowling ball dropping. I suffer from migraines, not to

We love it here !!! I've been reading these reviews here on Yelp, and I thought it only fair to let y'all know that we have been here for a year, and have been very happy with The Grove, so we just renewed our lease. Open floor plan, 9' ceilings, noise reducing windows, fast maintenance when needed, landscaping and pools well maintained, few neighbor noises as expected, etc.
MGT: Yes, the Krystel management days were bad, but she and her staff were let go and the new staff has been very pro-active with everything. Philicia and Aracelli have been very helpful with lease renewal

Place looks just like the pictures they provided online.
Thanks to the new guy Josh, we somehow experienced great customer service with him the first time we checked out the place. My fiance and I called back today and spoke to Eileen and was looking forward onto filling out an application and she mentioned that she will be taking a "30"minute lunch at 230pm so she should be back at 3pm. By the tone of her voice she already seem uninterested to even help us. But that didn't stop us from applying so we went before her supposedly lunch time and got there at 2:15pm but the clock sign

I moved in at the end of February '16 & I have loved living here. Denise & Ilene are so helpful and kind. They never make you feel like you're a bother.
The Grove Apartments provide doggy poo bags as well as doggy poo trash cans throughout the complex. It makes cleaning up after your pet so convenient. The scenery is really very pretty. Large trees throughout. The pool is beautiful, and it never gets crowded. The gym is really nice, I should have used it more.
