Jill was very helpful through the whole apartment rental process and was very responsive to questions. Apartment was fairly clean, nice appliances and freshly painted. Things were not perfect but this is an older rental property so for the price it was on par with other places I've rented from. If your looking for something pristine be prepared to pay double. The location is just minutes from RT5, 690 and any store you might need. So far very happy with apartment , staff and location.

I'm so glad I didnt gather anymore information from this apartment complex, for me and my 1 year old son. The apartments online look beautiful, I've never seen them in person and was very interested as I needed to get a safe place for me and my son to live. I emailed swiss village last week, a women named jill called me back 1 day later, I was at work, I asked her if it was okay for me to call back at lunch, she sounded bothered but I agreed, I called back at lunch, got a voicemail. Left a voicemail, never heard anything back. UNTIL this morning when I reached out again via email as I never heard

I've lived here for 20+ years...And while Swiss Village has always been a decent place to live, I find the management team of Michelle Gibbs and Jill Butler has raised it to another level. I find them both personable, reachable and efficient. Do your part as a tenant, and they will do their part as management. I.H.

The management is very rude and condescending.I called to ask about a one bedroom and the woman on the phone was talking extremely fast and loud. When I explained that to her she says "sorry that's my personality " I told her she sounds like she is rushing me off the phone and she says I've been on the phone with you 11 minutes now. I said are you keeping track of the time we talking. In my mind who does that. So no matter how interesting or nice the property may seem rude and unwelcoming is what I got from this whole ordeal

I can't rate this place low enough. I was under a 1 year lease all of which I actually spent 8 months living in the apartment. It was worth more to me to just pay rent for two apartments and be able to actually sleep at night. Noise is a huge issue here, I have seen several cases of domestic violence with police involvement, parties in the parking lot until the early hours of the morning, trash in the parking spots, and extremely dirty common areas. Smells of smoke and weed seeped into my apartment on an almost daily basis.

I currently live at the Swiss Alps which is under the same management as the Swiss Village and located just down the hill. I am very happy here. The apartment is very cute. The location is great, close to many stores and restaurants and yet with a suburban feel. The staff has been nothing but nice to me. I can go in the office to drop off the rent and will just chat with Jill. I also like the fact that tenants range in all ages and races. There are singles, seniors and families. Sometimes it's very quiet and sometimes a bit noisy, but that's apartment living. I have recommended this apartment complex

The manager and the leasing agent in this place is rude, racism , ignorant and defrauding consumers. Never go there if you are coloured races. there are other reviews from yelp: 1,I lived in this apartment complex for five years. I went through three management changes. The most recent management is better than the first two, but that isn't saying much. I wasn't going to give them a bad review, but then I read a review that was obviously planted and I am not OK with that kind of deceit.
