Williams Gateway Apartments

Natasha was very helpful with Heather & I. She spent a lot of time helping us with everything we needed. She was very patient & went out of her way to help us. I'd give her a 10 star if I were able to. Thanks Natasha for all the great work.

Maintenance man came in and did a great job, was quick and efficient, followed social distancing protocol, and was friendly and respectful.

Bonnie, the assistant community manager is absolutely lovely! And so are all of the maintenance guys! Everyone is really kind here, some occasional issues with the unit but they're usually resolved relatively quick.

This is very bad apartment. I lived Williams Gateway Apartment for two years. The apartment was very dirty and so many cockroach. They charge all my deposit when I moved out there.
This is so terrible apartment.

Move in was an easy process. The office manager was great, and had everything ready for me.
Once in the apartment, I used a black light and the kitchen was gross, spent the whe next day disinfecting the kitchen before I could cook in it.

If this had a -5 stars I would have pressed that. DO NOT MOVE HERE. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. LANDLORD ARE GARBAGE JUST LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE PLACE. AC UNITS NOT UP TO DATE. I was out of my AC for 10 DAYS and they didn't give a damn about it. Didn't help pay for anything. Landlord are disgusting and unprofessional. RATS IN THE POOL. the pool had two dead rats and was not drained. I'M TELLING YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We lived in these apartments for a year and overall was a good place. The area was very convenient for shopping needs and everything was close by. Was in a good school district for my kids. The Property manager he was amazing and was always there for any questions we needed answer. And very understanding when times we rough. The only down fall in the apartment was the roaches. We had are part my sprayer many of times and always kept coming back. But there’s really nothing that you can do when the neighbors don’t live clean and the is a big field by the apartment. The Community Manager I was working with made the process of renting an apartment fun and enjoyable. He was able to get me papered up and set on the apartment I wanted in the most quick and efficient way. Definitely made my time there feel appreciated.
