I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Woodside Bike Shop!!!! Alex and Anthony helped me today with my daughters bike. They are so kind, efficient and professional. They also explained how I should inflate the bike tires in the future. Alex and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure my daughters bike was fixed and safe and I can't thank them enough!

I went to Woodside because after calling all over the peninsula, they were one of the only bike shops that had an XS mountain bike in stock after mine was stolen.

I told the owner I was looking for an XS Juliana Furtado CC XO1 AXS (RESERVE) (pretty close to the bike I had) and he said they didn't have one in stock, but that they could order it for me, and in the meantime, I could purchase a different bike and then exchange it for full value when my bike came in.

Came for a hydraulic brake bleed (front only). Mentioned that pads are new (both sets), but left extra set of pads in case they are contaminated. At the end was told they also changed rear pads (which I did not ask for, and they did not call to confirm), and charged $50 for 2 sets of pads.

To add insult to the injury - rear brake pads are rubbing.

Dropped off my pink touring bike that was in pretty bad shape. They brought it back to life and had it ready super fast...the very next day! They helped me find a basket and a helmet (so what if my head is kid-sized! Lol!) so I was all set. Very friendly, fast, with reasonable prices. I recommend this great little bike shop!

A dirtbag stole the seatpost from the bike of my friend's kid, and I called up the closest shop. I gave the specs, and when I got there, the mechanic had placed exactly the right size and price I was looking for.

There was a teen who was both polite and helpful, a combo hard to find sometimes, and the senior guy was extremely knowledgeable and funny.

I inspected their wares as well. Great selection of mountain tires with all the top brands, and I love the bikes they stocked, particularly Santa Cruz, the best mountain bikes period (I own two).

I definitely recommend this shop!

Call this a "Shady bike shop" is an compliment for its staffs and owner. The staffs are interested in nothing but your wallet. I don't see how other people can give this place 5-star reviews and sing praises. Greg DT and Anthony were trying to push for bikes and accessories that we do not need. As soon as we told them we need more time to think about before pulling the trigger on an ebike (which we *ALMOST* did!! Yikes!!), they literally turned their backs and walked away, pretending to pick up the phone and helped other customers.

Purchased a bike sight unseen, got it within days and where it was exactly as described. Find good people and keep giving them your business, they work hard to build and keep a positive reputation. This shop has done just that.

Wow, I can't say enough about how wonderful Greg, Anthony and the staff are! We bought an E mountain bike and we were so happy with the way we were treated, we went back a week later and bought a second e mountain bike. We live an hour and half away but we will always make the drive because of the service we get from the Woodside bike shop! Thanks so much Greg and Anthony! Great. Greg and his staff were extremely patient as I tried out multiple bikes. Even swapped out components while we waited as I wanted different shocks and wheels. Great staff and great prices.

I have a RadWagon, which is a cargo-ebike. I've had a lot of trouble trying to find someone to work on it, it's BIG, so some places don't have space, and some places wouldn't work on it because they don't sell that brand. I think because it's a low end bike it's a hassle for folks. But it's a great bike for me.
Needed a basic tuneup, and Woodside was recommended. They didn't bat an eye when I told them it was a cargo e-bike, just told me to bring it on down and they'd get it taken care of.
They had it adjusted and ready to go in less than 24 hours

We love the service especially Anthony he did a lot of help making the decisions easy. I recommend this bikeshop for people looking quality bicycles

I absolutely had a great experience Ashley was great! Greg hooked me up they have a customer that will always go back! I love my Orbea ebike!!! And I will be going back for upgrades !

I needed a bike with a little more squish than my SB100 for a weekend trip to Lake Tahoe. Once again Greg was there with the perfect bike for me to rent and take to the big hits of Northstar.

I think some of these other reviewers are maybe people who don't ride often or have little experience with bike shops and quality. From my experience, this place is one of those places where you need to avoid if you are an experienced cyclist. If you have a nice bike, especially a road bike, I wouldn't risk taking your bike here because from what I saw they don't know what they're doing.

I brought my bike here a while back to get it put together and tuned. When I came to pick it up...Wow, I mean seriously. They really don't have any experience putting a road bike together

Next time you pick up a "brand new" bike, make sure you check the specs and verify all the parts are correct. I was tricked into a "deal" which was $1000 under msrp. I take the bike home and both wheels and tires are different, the adapter for my brakes was replaced and the rear brakes didn't even work, the rear rotor was replaced and the cassette was downgraded from a 50T, down to 10 gears when there should've been 12.

I called Greg, the owner, and he called me "ungrateful" and that he did sell me a "new bike" at an awesome price.
