Dollar-for-dollar, the Enduro Comp is hard to beat. You get the same full-carbon frame as the Enduro Expert and Elite models, loaded with great components that include powerful four-piston disc brakes, a wide-range 1X drivetrain, and capable RockShox suspension. The Fuse Expert 29 thriving on the kind of technical trails that make other hardtails cry.
This thing called 'gravel riding' is still evolving, still being defined. What's next? Hop on the new Diverge Expert EVO and you tell us. It's designed to get aggressive, to push the boundaries of what we thought was possible on a gravel bike. Designed for flat bars and with geometry even more progressive then the new drop-bar Diverge, you better hang onto your flannel.

I would.give 0-stars if I could.
Stopped by 3 separate times and they are never open according to their listed hours.
The only reason they are still open must be because they are the only bike shop with 25 miles

Very disappointed during today's visit to this store. We called ahead to request that they check out my husband's folding bike, which they agreed to do. When we arrived, the two guys behind the counter were not friendly and gave us little or no eye contact. They did quickly check his bike without charging us (it was fine), which we appreciated.
We'd planned to buy some merch while we were there. Instead, we thanked them for checking the bike and got out of there asap.
PS If it's important to you (it was to us), this is not a mask-wearing establishment.

These guys are great. They completely rebuilt an old bike with new hardware, and it is just like showroom new now. They did the work much faster than they quoted, by a few days, and they were incredibly professional. Highly recommended.

Great place to get your mountain bike serviced. They had my rear break installed in one day while all other bike shops were taking appointments two weeks out.

Huge fan of this place. The owner and staff are fair, honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to support Bike Works, rather than use some of the shops closer to my home and work. Keep it up guys!

Amazing to have such a great bike shop right here in HMB. Chris and the guys down there are super knowledgeable, friendly and got the bike done (tune up) exactly when they said it would be done.

I was frankly surprised how several of the guys working at the shop knew exactly what they had done to the bike and had advice on how to have it perform better for longer. It's like I got a new bike.....just go back from my 1st ride and was blown away! Super thankful! Thanks guys.

These guys are great! I was doing a bike tour from Santa Rosa to San Luis Obispo and as I got to my hotel room at 3pm on a Friday my seat post snapped off. I rode 2 miles without a seat. They spent the time to get my old seatpost out which is a whole story in itself and installed a new one. They saved my bacon big-time even as they were working on other things they dropped what they were doing and got me on the road again.

I just purchased a 2019 Pivot Mach 5.5 XO1 build from Kris at Bike Works. I live across the country in Vermont and a purchase like this can definitely make you hesitant. Kris was super knowledgeable and offered many good opinions when we discussed bikes. His communication was great and there was never any pressure on his end. I decided to pull the trigger after talking over the phone a few times, trading text messages and checking out his website. Kris sent me multiple photos of the bike at his shop, sent me photos of the bike boxed up with the shipping label/tracking number and just made everything

Kris and the Bike Works team are excellent in service and bike builds. Kris and team are excellent in bike maintenance, too. Kris built my 2016 Ibis Mojo3, 148 Boost + in 2016 with huge savings and highest quality. It has been built flawlessly without any build defects. Additionally, Kris solved an annoying "creaking" sound that has plagued me since I replaced the saddle at the beginning of July---tighten the pivot assembly points! That eliminated it. No bottom bracket service required. Thanks Kris for the great value that you and the Bike Works team offer!!!

Looking to purchase 2 mountain bikes for my wife and I. Walked into this place which I have frequented over the years as a long time Coastsider. Pretty much zero help even after I told the young sales person I'm looking at buying. I'm not a bike pro, but not looking for junk. The place seems to have very nice gear but mostly overpriced, so slim pickings if you're in the $1000 per bike range. Nonetheless, zero interest in me as a buying customer. Given the economic climate, this company had better change its tune if they want to survive to storm we're in. Just ordered 2 bikes

We popped in because our son's push bike was down a tire and every guy in the house jumped to help. We walked out with an awesome bell for my bike (excellent selection upstairs, if you're in the market!) and a couple of other things-happy to support a fantastic local business. Stop by if you're in need!

This is a great bike shop. Kris was really helpful in helping me buy a new bike. I was really happy with my purchase, and he was even helpful after I purchased the bike to get the factory warranty. The shop has a nice selection of apparel, and parts for all biking needs (road, mtb, bmx). I will happily support a good local shop like Bike Works, thanks.

Great shop with a very knowledgeable staff. I bought a new mountain bike from Kris a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted to get the bike warranty from the factory and Kris helped with the process. They have a great select of grips, gloves, helmets, and all the gear you will need as well as a new bike. Will happy support this shop since they were so helpful to me.

Great bike shop by the coastal trail, with super customer service. Every time I'm in town I stop in and make my friends buy something! Tony and the gang give good tips about hand strain, seat placement, best frame for your needs. Choosing between REI and a local store, go local.

Quite a few times, I've come in, and not even acknowledged for a good 10 minutes.

Repair work is very good.

It caters to ppl with $5,000 bikes, and smug if you were to bring in an old Schwinn. Shame.

I guess when you are selling $6,000 bikes to people with more money than sense you don't pay much attention to the guy who leads with, "You have any junky old bikes for cheap?"

Still, when someone is coming to check out with their (albeit meager $40) bike pump and someone calls to ask about your bike inventory, you might put the caller on hold and check the person who is standing there out before you have a 10 minute long phone conversation.

That and the other employee walking around the store screaming on his cell phone call (of course, I am sure he thought he was speaking at
