I’ve been experiencing an issue with the pipes in the shower coming from the upstairs neighbor. When the neighbor turns their shower on it makes the loudest most startling noise. I can hear them walk to the bathroom, turn the bath faucet on, and then as soon as they turn on the shower, the extremely loud noise occurs. I contacted the office the 1st time and nothing was done. Maintenance said they fixed it but what was fixed? Complained a month later and a rep told me that I should contact the manager because if the resident where the noise was occurring didn’t put in a ticket, there is nothing

From beginning to the end, the leasing center was very efficient, courteous and professional. I admire their attention to detail while answering all my questions and making my process simple and easy. The area is clean and professional managed from what I see and experienced. I have nothing negative to add. Excellent service!

They have roaches here. We call their pest control people every week, but the little spray they do doesn't do anything. The roaches still come. I've seen them in the bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, it's too much. We've also seen a few big spiders here. I wish I took a picture of the big brown spider I found in my room. Not sure how they got in, we live on the 2nd floor and don't open any windows or anything. We've tried closing up the holes in the wall behind the oven, and the openings around the pipes under the kitchen sink, but still didn't work. They've done nothing to try and investigate

Negatives first: I lived here for three years from 2014 to 2017. I had extremely noisy neighbors at both of the apartments I lived at here. There was evidently no way to resolve the matter effectively. It was a harrowing experience. One neighbor under me blasted loud music 16 to 20 hours a day, seven days a week. I could frequently hear / feel the music while wearing ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones. It was a huge source of traumatic stress for over a year. I hope that experience is not typical. Another neighbor had noisy parties with bass blasting about three times a week for 5 to 10 hours

Recommendation Overall: Maybe
Only recommend as a transition period if you are waiting for a house to be built. Not for long term.
PROS: Close to grocery stores, I95/I270/I295, shopping areas. Laundry Service, easy parking, quick maintenance service, prices for space are reasonable.
CONS: VERY Thin Walls, high possibility of smoking neighbors, plumbing water issues.
TIPS: 1. Get the top floor or bottom floor apt 2.Get an apartment at either end of the building, NOT the middle. 3. Utilize the Amazon Hub!

I wouldn’t suggest moving here. The apartments are small, no washer and dryer and the appliances have not been updated. The dining room is very small and the light fixture is tied together with a rope. For a one bedroom you will spend 1400 and have to deal with a lot of noise, no parking and very thin walls. It’s not worth it. There’s another complex up there street that’s 1400, updated, and has washer and dryer.
The leasing staff is also not consistent. They tell you one thing and then go back on their word. No accountability at all. If I could rate at ZERO I would.

Everything is great the worst thing in the office is the staff should be more friendly and professionalism in customer service etc

Don’t move here. I normally visit apartments in the morning and at night so that I can get the full picture.
There are black cats everywhere and the leasing staff is very unprofessional. The rent is too expensive for the space. 1200-1400 you can get a larger space, washer and dryer, walk in closet and an updated kitchen. The rooms are small, the bathroom is the bedroom and the closets are small. There’s little room for dinning and no pantry space
On my second visit the staff was still unfriendly and unprofessional. I thought the cats would leave but they were still there. I toured the apartment

I love the quietness of the area and the size of the apartment. Marva and the team at the leasing office were great in helping to facilitate my relocation. My only issue with the apartment (I have one of the back apartments which is great for privacy) is that it is a bit dark in the daytime and not enough sunlight penetrates the space. I may need to look at relocating to another unit in the same complex. But so far everything else is fine. It is certainly an upgrade to my last apartment.

I've been here for 2 years. I love it here. It stays clean. I love that if i have a maintenance issue it's fixed in less than 12-24 hrs. Laundry svc is a definite plus for busy families and professionals. Front office staff is nice. The pool is clean in the summertime. Im most likely gonna be here for another year. I just wish people wouldn't drive so fast thru the parking lot. I'd be a little happier if we had more speed bumps in front of the actual apartments.

Today I write to let you know that if you see a bad review on another review website, it was me. (Wasn't able to edit review with an update). My move in experience was something not of the norm, and is a very rare situation I believe. I was supposed to move in on a Monday but was told that I would be able to move my things in on the Sunday before "actual move in" because of work and so forth. I showed up that Sunday, office was completely shut down, even though hours show that they were supposed to be open. Ms. Maureen (property manager) came from the comfort of her home to help

I lived at Foxfire for over a year, and although it was not glamorous by any means, there is nothing bad I can think of to give it less than 5 stars. Any rare maintenance issue was responded to quickly. I felt safe in my apartment and the complex area. Very close to the highway for my commute and to all the stores/restaurants you need on rt 1. The package locker was a nice addition near the end of my lease. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone, especially living in a one-bedroom.

If your renting, this is the best apartment complex in the area. I've lived here for almost 10 years and the staff here is amazing. When I first toured the complex, residents that already lived there told me how great the community was and they were 100% correct.

My client who is a resident asked the leasing office if they would Witness her Signature on a document. She gave them a 25-hour notice. They said yes. When I arrived, and they saw I was an African American Notary, (they being a Hispanic and Jamaican female employees) they refused to do it. Left my client scrambling and calling around for another witness at the last minute.

The Jamaican employee said she didn't know what it was for because my client said it was for a Justice of the Peace, of which I said that I am not -- I am a Notary. I later learned that in Jamaica, notaries are called

This place is amazing!! So the upsides first: we have never had an issue with parking, and we have 3 cars between the two of us. The staff in the leasing office are responsive, polite, caring, and all around great people - even AFTER you move in, which is rare! We have only called maintenance 3 times in over 6 months: the first call is because after we finished moving all of our stuff in, we realized the keys we were given did not fit our lock. Despite it being after-hours a wonderful maintenance man showed up in less than 20 minutes and brought us keys to get us back inside, and changed the locks

This place is just OK-keep looking if you can..I needed some place cheap quickly and close to my job. The grounds are kept up (as they should be), however as a single woman living there I didn't feel entirely safe. First, your doors face the outside. This wouldn't be a problem except random sales people and others come knocking and sometimes at night. The place is old although it has new appliances. Heard the pipes 5AM every morning from my neighbor upstairs. Next, maintenance/leasing people enter your apartment every other week to "check" something. Water would be off during

I moved two years ago after having live t foxfire for 6 years. The staff was absolutely awesome and my apartment was very nice. The staff was always quick to fix any problem and they were always doing inspections, so I never had any bugs. I only left when I bought a house. Again, the staff from maintenance to the office staff were some of the nicest most helpful people I have ever encountered. They tried very hard to keep the riff-raff out (can't always) and the grounds were always kept neat. Close to a lot of shopping and major highways. The neighborhood is about middle of the road, not the

I've never had any issues with crime, parking, or rodents. That's all I really ask for in a apartment community. I don't live here anymore, but I did live here fairly recently.
The apartments are renovated with stainless steel appliances and the neighbors are for the most part respectable and very nice. The apartments are a little pricier compared to the other apartments on this road. However I know for a fact (I know someone in every complex on that road lol) the other communities on this road have roaches, flooding, and problem kids. So for me, I'm paying to avoid all that
