Beautiful place to live. The staff is extremely friendly and keeps the whole apartment complex safe and clean. A highly recommended place to be.

I’m sad because I wanted to reside here but they have a wait list and unfortunately I cannot wait. However Aaliyah was great help I will be coming to get in wait list after seeing the apartment model and how friendly staff was.

Very restrained living environment. No grills allowed or porch decorations. Staff is about the only good thing. Maintenance and management are nice and helpful. Area and residents are not good from personal experiences.

I love it very quiet and the apartments are very nice and comfortable and tracy is a very nice person and she communicates with you and she is friendly and she gets things done when needed

Best apartments I have ever lived in. The wonderful ladies who run the joint will go out of their way to help you. The nicest people you will ever meet!
If that isn’t enough for you, if you ever have any maintenance issues, down to the smallest little concern, you better expect a knock within 2 minuets to make sure you are taken cared of and satisfied.
No other property in town wont take care of you the way cottonwood crossings takes care of you.

Was pretty run down. Smelled bad. Watched a kid pee in the pool from the side. Saw roaches coming from a couple places. I would look elsewhere unless that is just your thing.
