CoolSculpting uses controlled cooling to target stubborn fat pockets that aren't responding to diet and exercise. At our office, we use precise technology to effectively freeze fat cells, making them non-functional. Over time your body absorbs these cells, leaving you with a slimmer, contoured shape.
Psoriasis is an autoimmune skin condition that is characterized by reoccurring flare-ups associated with a rheumatic disease. Flare-ups, or inflammation, are caused by an increased rate of cell turnover. Normal skin cells turn over at a rate of every 24 days.

But, in patients with psoriasis, this happens nearly ten times faster, which causes inflammation and a pileup of old, dead skin cells because the body cannot expel them at pace with the rate of growth. This process usually results in redness, thickening of the skin, and flakiness. There are many different factors that are believed to cause psoriasis in some people, which most commonly includes your genetics in relation to your immune system.
Keratosis Pilaris, also known as KP, is a condition that occurs when the hair follicles become plugged with hair and dead skin cells from the outer layer of skin. Once clogged, the follicles can become raised and red. These bumps are most commonly found on the upper arms and upper thighs, but can also appear on the face, back and buttock.
Discoid lupus erythematosus is a chronic skin condition characterized by inflammation and scarring type skin lesions, which occur on the face, ears, and scalp, as well as other body areas at times. These lesions develop as an inflamed growth with a scaly and wart-like appearance. This can even occur on the scalp causing permanent scarring and hair loss.

Poor experience all around from Office Visit to Billing! Cannot recommend and sorry I came! I'll continue my search for a comprehensive & detailed dermatologist without surprise fees! I was charged a $10 fee bc they mailed me the office bill. When i called to ask why, their response was "it's in our policy that we charge $10 if you don't leave a credit card". Upon paying my copay at check out this should have been said to me. It takes 5 seconds to say "would you like to leave a credit card on file to avoid $10 charge". Regarding my actual visit, I saw the Physician assistant - I was underwhelmed

The receptionist is one of the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She huffed and puffed and cut me off even trying to over talk me and tell me what I was calling for (which she was wrong) as I was asking questions about my up coming appointment. Be mindful I have never been to there office and only called in because of the emails that had been coming from there office, and wanted to know if my appointment was in person or through email since the email was very unclear. She became so rude to the point I just canceled the appointment all together I figured if this is the rude behavior I get

The last straw out of a handful of bad experiences here-
Worst customer service experience-getting billed for the PA popping a white head with a pin which took all of 3 seconds. Was never told this would be at an added cost. Very unethical. It was a tertiary concern of my visit, as I actually went for a rash. Continued to get billed late fees for not formally setting up payment plan, despite numerous timely payments to account and contact with staff regarding bill.
Long story short...after being a patient for years they have no loyalty or understanding for their patients. Aside from that they

Do you enjoy taking time off work to wait an hour to be evaluated by a doctor who’s staff doesn’t let you know your appointment time is not going to honored? Maybe you like to hear other patients, who come after you, be seen and leave while you’re still waiting? Then this is the place for you!

Re: Late Payment Request

I was told twice, I did not have to pay by the receptionist.
I came in for a follow-up regarding the treatment plan by your staff (which her suggested remedy has worked so far and I appreciate the diagnosis and prescriptions) and nothing more.
I never met you.
I asked at signing in if I needed to pay a co-pay and was told no and then checked in again with the receptionist after my 5 minute talk with your staff who said that I did not have to pay for the follow up. There were three people at the reception both times.

Piss poor customer service from the staff. As I read other people's comments I fully concur. Called and left a message on July 17th didn't get a call back from the office until sometime in August. Ask them to verify if they accept my insurance I was told yes. Drive all the way there the day of the appointment only to find that oh no we don't accept us insurance. Don't waste your time find another dermatologist. no matter how good this lady is and I wouldn't know since I wasted my time driving all the way out there for nothing. it's not worth the hassle and Missed time from work for those people

I was quite pleased with the services my daughters received from Dr. Diggs prior to the pandemic. However, my daughters needed refills and we were unable to contact the office. Multiple calls were made with no response for over a month. The message on the answering machine instructed us to leave a message and most things could be handled through a video appointment or if we left an email they would send us information to access the pt portal. Well after multiple phone messages and emails still no response for over a month. Unacceptable, so we have transferred our care to Dr. Bobbi Edward's who

I was turned away by Dr. Diggs when I asked her for help with a disfiguring medical condition. I had to go through the bother of filling out papers at her office, then more forms on their patient portal, only to have her cancel my appointment and leave me scrambling to get treatment from another doctor. Dr. Diggs lied to me and said the treatment is not FDA approved, even though Blue Cross approved the service for me in advance. My guess is she would rather charge cash for her expensive procedures rather than deal with insurance.
Don’t let her pretty face fool you. The treatment I received from

I’ve been going to Dr. Diggs for several years now. I appreciate her thoughtful nature when determining the next steps for care. She talks me through the options and why she thinks a specific one might be best. There have been a few times when I had a late afternoon appointment that I had to wait a while, but this is the case for every doctor I’ve ever been to and knowing that she takes the necessary time with her patients it doesn’t bother me. I recommend her to any friend seeking a dermatologist.
