Delarosa
Delarosa first opened its doors in 2010 on Chestnut Street in San Francisco's Marina District. Since then, Delarosa's close proximity to the Golden Gate Bridge, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Presidio and Crissy Field has made it the neighborhood's go-to destination for casual, communal-style all-day dining, 7 days a week.

Beloved for its Roman-style pizza, small plates, craft beer, Italian and Californian wines, and delicious craft cocktails, Delarosa's interpretation of the classic and unpretentious beer and pizza pairing has made a mark on many locals' and visitors' must-visit lists.

The customer service is great as usual. I think they need to work on their price points for appetizers in relation to the amount of food given. I would definitely come back here, but I will just get a main entree next time. The drinks were good too!

I am very picky when it comes to pizza, but I can say that I really enjoyed the fennel sausage, I do wish they had an add on for Ricotta cheese because that is my favorite cheese to put on pizza but overall for this pizza it's was good! The crust was alittle more burned than what I like; and it just may be the style of the pizza but I prefer softer crust, the staff was not as welcoming and helpful when I arrived. But overall it was good and I would visit again, I think next time I might get a pasta instead and my review may change. :)

Decent meal and nice ambiance. Came there on a quiet Tuesday night. We ordered the salty dog cocktail and that was pretty tasty.

Food wise, we ordered:
- fried calamari - it was good, my favorite out of all of the things we ordered
- fried Brussels sprouts -was ok but could use some more salt/seasoning
- the server recommended a pizza that was not listed on the menu but it has spicy sausage, burrata cheese and red bell peppers - it was tasty and different but got pretty soggy with the runny burrata cheese on top
- seafood white wine pasta - I didn't eat it but my friends said it was okay

Nice location and interesting salad combination, especially Beet Salad $14.00 (highly recommend).
Pizza wise, well, there are better ones out there. Tried the artichokes one for $18.00 and was not impressed at all. Absolutely average grade, the one you can get in the store and cook yourself at home.
The host is a bit on the rude side demanding proof of vaccination for those forgot the phone in the car to provide one. Had to lunch outside.
Pleasant service by Edgar and that's what gets the stars, thank you.
Next time - will definitely give some other place at the City Center a try.

Wow!! Totally surprised me here! The fun and casual atmosphere didn't lead me to believe it would be fabulous, but it was!

The lasagna was really delicious! One of the best I've had.

The burrata margarita pizza was fantastic!

The hanger steak was very good if you are in the mood.

Service was great.

We will be back.

Let me begin with the service. We were greeted and promptly seated comfortably inside the restaurant. Our server was not only helpful , but super friendly and accommodating. The pizza was delicious and made exceptionally well. The prosciutto di Parma topped with arugula and mozzarella is a MUST TRY!

The five star rating comes first and foremost for the service and the nice setting. Had a business lunch outside and service was perfect. Our waiter was outstanding and of course I forgot his name due to my own short term memory issues. When you go in there, ask for the guy that has the custom silver rings and you will be all set.

Food was a winner too. Beat salad with shrimp was solid with a very nice dressing and the Minestrone was fresh. My only complaint would have been the sauce on the bread that was ordered. Would be nice if it was a bit thicker as it was so runny, it had trouble staying

Yes. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. Why??
Consistency. The Good is always great. The service is ALWAYS SPOT ON. It's comfortable and friendly. Today we had lots of great appetizers, plus Marguerite pizza with Barrera, Italian meatballs, butternut squash ravioli.

I really wanted to like this place based off on the good reviews. Our waitress was rather odd.. I only say this because she interacted and was very friendly with other customers meanwhile she seems uninterested in having anything to do with us other than getting our order in. Never check up on us after 20 minutes to see if we need anything. I was ready to pay up front but was told to wait for our bill. Really? I couldn't wait anymore. Food was somewhat bland. I ordered Calamari, shrimp, and vegetables, linguine alle vongole, and pizza. Only good part was the calamari. Pasta was bland. Pizza was

Decent place for lunch when you have a somewhat large party and need the space and easy menu. I very much enjoyed the spicy fennel sausage pizza. The rest of the food were okay. I would give this place a 3.00 for the food and 4.00 for the service.

Visited Delarosa one Tuesday evening. Didn’t have reservations but was seated right away. Staff was friendly, service was fast. Had the butternut squash ravioli which was SOO good, but the portion size was too small for me.. had to order a Margherita pizza after (which was also really good). Price $$-$$$. Aesthetics were nice! Recommend checking this place out!

MENU AND FOOD: They offer a variety of Italian favorites including both pasta and pizza.

SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE: Service is friendly and efficient. Their dining room decor is appropriate and modern. They have plenty of both outdoor and indoor seating.

PARKING: Located in the City Center Bishop Ranch, they have plenty of parking in their parking structure.

IMPRESSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: We've been here multiple times, and we leave satisfied each time. However, we don hope they start adding new additions to their menu soon. We recommend their crab arancini, Margherita pizza, fritto misto

Vegans please read! This area around Yerba Buena is pretty “dry” when it comes to vegan food, but Delarosa hits it out of the park. First of all they have a vegan cheese (and I think a vegan sausage). We got the marinara pizza which actually doesn’t have any cheese to begin with. It’s a little spicy, because it has Calabrese chili, but if you can stand a little heat, I’d definitely recommend! For the Indians and the folks that can eat spicy (I’m Indian), they have a spicy chili oil… that’s definitely reallllly good! We also got the eggplant Neapolitan, it had fresh celery that was

Our team stopped by for a couple of pizzas and pastas. The highlight was without a doubt the ziti dish, as was the beet salad. We also had the burrata pizza and the fungi one, both were ok. The weak dishes were the ravioli and the tiramisu. However, the waiter was very sweet and checked in with us often. Overall, great for a quick meal.

We had good experience with different types of food and Delarosa was one of them. We did like food and service. Music was a little bit too loud but food was tasty. We will come back 😀

Oddly enough, what drew me to Delarosa was the cute and colorful outdoor dining set-up. There were vibrant orange place settings, heat lamps, and ample space to hold at least 25 guests, if they were interested in eating outdoors. The menu is simple and straightforward, which I love. It doesn’t try to be anything it’s not. Dine-in is an option and there is plenty of seating.

Okay so I'll start by saying that I did order a pizza but Inwas so hungry... I forgot to take a picture haha!! But I did get to take a picture of my minestrone soup with delicious pesto in the middle!

There was no wait and was asked if my party wanted to seat indoor or outdoors, my eldest wanted to sit outdoors but if we did want to sit indoors, adults had to show proof of vaccination. Which I did have my vaccination card on me and yes I am vaccinated!

Our server was very nice and and attentive. The food was also super tasty. My youngest ordered a cheese pizza, I thought it was a bit salty

I must say, their fernet and coke was a little strong, and if you know that drink, you know that’s not always a good thing. At least not for your first glass! But for other drinks, strong is good!!
My mom had the margarita and said it was very good. Maybe not fresh squeezed lime but definitely not that fake limeade mix.
For food we got a Caesar salad, which was simple, light, and tasty. Next we got the meatballs. They came with some toast which we used to soak up every last bite. Last we had the margarita pizza with burrata. That we could only eat a little and then took the rest to snack on

Stumbled across this place and decided to give it a try! I like the interior and you can get a glimpse of the pizzas being tossed in the area!

The pasta had a good amount of seafood but it wasn't too fresh 3/5

Both the pizzas were flavorful and fresh out of the oven 4/5

Came to Delarosa for happy hour on a Tuesday evening and almost had the whole place to ourselves. Happy hour is every Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm. The HH menu is fairly small, but the food options were diverse, 3/5 were vegetarian, and still made a filling meal.

My favorite item from the menu was the meatballs, they were tender, moist, and big! We also ordered the crispy cauliflower, which was a HUGE hit, the broccolini bruschetta, and the margherita pizza. All items were good and cooked to perfection. The pizza was fairly large, and we even managed to have a piece leftover. Though it was not
