Extremely upset with the service and management! I’m paying a crazy amount for rent when we have a lot of crime in our neighborhood. 17 cars have been broken into since September until now no security camera’s or effort to put some form of security in place has been made. We woke up to two cars on fire at 1 am on one occasion. Recently we had a leak coming from our ceiling and they came three days later even after we had placed it as an emergency. My husband received a call today 01/05 about non paid utilities when I had made a payment already on 01/01 and when I called they lied saying it

To all current residents or people considering living here, there’s new management and they are absolutely terrible. My family and I have been living here for 7 years and never had any issues with old management. We never had any complaints!!! They no longer treat building for pests and most of their buildings are getting infested with roaches!!! New management please take care of your current and old renters.

They slap some paint on a building and wanna charge us $400 more on rent . Don’t be fooled !! This is the GHETTO! There’s mold on the ceiling and they have rules and regulations like your in jail . Every other day they are sending out community violation emails . Now why would I pay $400+ dollars for an apartment that’s not renovated , no washer and dryer, smoke detector hasn’t worked in two years, they never change the air filters, and has mold . Ginger fixation at its finest . This place sucks ever since the new management . Can’t wait until my lease is up !!! Don’t move here . Get

Very pleasant experience. Out of all the different places I visited for an apartment Dale Forest made me and my family most comfortable. The office manager (Susan) was very transparent, informative and polite. Well maintained complex with updated apartments for the times. Thanks Dale Forest and Staff.

Aleta at the leasing office was amazing! She is the only one in her office at this time and she is holding it down. She answered all my calls and questions. And took me on a very thorough tour of the apartment community, taking time out of her very busy day. Dale Forest apartments has always gotten a bad reputation in the past, but I thought if they hire someone as great as Aleta, they can’t be as bad as they used to be. She made moving into my first place super easy.

The door is broken in our apartment- 14333 Westway Lane. It is 3 months and no one fixed it.
Second issue, our AC is not working from more than 7 months. Technician are not well trained to do the job.
The Dale Forest new management - the bridge management who is managing is not good. Please do not comes to thos apartment to live. It's like a night mare for my family. There are other apartments in the neighborhood, please go there.
My personal advice, please do not live in Dale forest. Thanks!
