I absolutely love living at Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. I haven't lived in an apartment since my 20's and decided a year and a half ago that I didn't want to be a homeowner anymore. I don't care if I ever move again. I have a beautiful apartment in a great location with an excellent management and maintenance team. The building seems to be very well constructed -- very quiet and secure. I can't imagine a better place to live!

This is a wonderful place to live! I’ve been here since November 2020. I moved from Reno,NV and the transition was excellent, seamless. Office management was responsive, attentive to every last detail. Service and maintenance is excellent as well- timely response. The location is great, the grounds and community- beautiful. thank you so much Paragon Place at the Community of Bishops Bay!

My partner and I, along with our little dog, have been living at Paragon Place at Bishops Bay for over two years now. We love how friendly and kind our neighbors are, and of course how helpful, kind, and amazing the management staff is! We've only ever had a handful of maintenance-worthy issues and they have always been resolved as soon as possible and with great communication. We absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I love my apartment at Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. I've lived her 2+ years. The management and maintenance staff are great and respond immediately to issues. The underground parking is great for the winter months. I looked at a lot of apartments before I found this one and it is definitely high quality. I would recommend Paragon Place at Bishops Bay if you are looking.

My wife and I have been living at Paragon Place apartments for the last four years on the first floor of 5216 Bishops Bay Parkway.
We both would give this apartment complex high marks for several reasons. First, we love the location as it is a rural setting with a beautiful park adjunct to the building. We are about three minutes to University Ave and 10 minutes to the village of Waunakee. There are grocery stores close by, a pharmacy, hardware store, post office, and gas station in Waunakee and Middleton. The complex is dog-friendly with reasonable restrictions.

I have been a part of Paragon Place Communtiy of Bishops Bay since August of 2017. This is my first rental experience since I was in my 20's, my plan was to live in an apartment for 1 year and decide where I wanted to buy my next home. This is my home, I Love it here! I can come and go and have no responsibility of a homeowner. The grounds, the staff, the amenities have always met my expectations! I believe I have high expectations in life, so for this I am Happy!

It's hard to imagine better apartment living than Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. We moved in when phase 3 was completed in 2017 and have enjoyed every minute. The building is well constructed and maintained, the staff is responsive and friendly and the amenities are more than adequate. Whenever I see our manager showing prospective tenants around, I comment what a wonderful place this is. One last thing- the views of the adjacent park and distant Conservancy are outstanding.

We lived here for 2 years before purchasing a home, and can confidently say this was the best rental experience we had in the Madison-area (and we lived in various apartments/rentals over a combined 16 years!!). Management was always quick to respond to queries/requests, the buildings were well-maintained and cleaned frequently, and the amenities were above average (clean pool, good gym equipment, clean/bright parking facilities). If you're looking for a home, check this place out - and say "Hello" to Kullen for us :)
