Dr. Loskot grew up in Overlea, Baltimore, Maryland. After his undergraduate studies at UMBC he attended the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he earned the honor of Outstanding Clinician and received certification in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.
In 2005, he was the first in Harford County to provide Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT); a highly specialized fitting that allows his patients to SEE WITHOUT THEIR GLASSES OR CONTACTS by wearing a highly innovative contact lens while they sleep.Now celebrating 20 years of practice, Dr. Loskot is still very passionate about serving his patients and provides the latest technology to ensure the most comprehensive care.

We loved it here! I decided to make the best of a snow day and took the whole family here for glasses and contacts. My daughter who is six had so much fun talking to the friendly staff and doctor during her visit. The prices for the eye exams were clearly explained before service and reasonable! None of the staff seemed irritated though it was busy. And even though it was busy my family of three (with no appointment) didn't have to wait long to be seen. Overall I have no complaints.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Loskot for about 15 years. He is always pleasant and has a genuine interest in maintaining a personal relationship with his patients. He takes his time with each exam and we never feel rushed. His advice is spot on, and we totally trust him with our vision care. His location within WalMart makes it very convenient for ordering glasses and contact lenses, and their turnaround time is very fast. Highly recommend Dr. Loskot and the WalMart optician staff!

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Loskot. The wait is not very long and he takes his time making sure he answers any concerns I have. One day I just walked in since I was concerned that my eye was very red and causing me pain. He took time to fit me in and it was pretty serious at that time so I was extremely grateful he squeezed me in. He even called back to make sure I was healing okay.
