If you have kids stay do not rent here. Not safe. HUGE HOMELESS BUMS PROBLEM. management is nice and all but says to call police but the real problem is that the apartments have really short fences so even if the gates were closed the bums just jump over. i have witnessed this alot when i lived here. the real solution is to build taller fencing but will this ever be done? ya right! Hey mr. owner this part is for you. I hope you realize that alot of residents cannot stand the bums they see digging through the trash daily but are afraid to tell you. by ignoring this issue your apartments have quickly

I’ve lived here for Few months now. I can say I’m happy I chose this place to live. I love the 2 bedroom I have. My friend told me bout Donelle and always said she was great. I can’t express how greatful I was for Donelle at the beginning. I had a snafu the day I was supposed to move into a one bedroom that was completely on my part and of my own personal preferences. Donelle was awesome and came to my rescue by changing me over to another bigger apartment without hesitation. She even tried to help solve a couple personal problems I had due to having to change apartments. I swear I would’ve

Not alot of positives. The manager is nice and helps most of the time but there is a MAJOR issue with homeless roaming almost daily and rumaging through peoples garbage. The management could build taller fences and make sure the gates are operational at night but they dont do ANYTHING about it. The security company they hire to patrol the area is a joke because they never come when called. I wish I could give five stars but the homeless situation would need to be fixed for that to happen. if i ever drive by and see a tall fence taller than 3 ft or so then ill give a higher review. Greenback Ridge Apartments put's up a great appearance at first, but quickly goes down hill from there...
I will start off by saying that my significant other and I were looking around at apartments awhile ago and came across Greenback Ridge Apartments in the Citrus Heights area. It looked nice, buildings had fresh paint, lawns were well cared for, and the other tenants were happy and friendly. Donelle is the apartment manager on duty and she was quite pleasant to work with while getting everything setup.
However, after moving in, it didn't take long for things to quickly fall apart. First off

I have lived here for 2 years. This place is always clean. the people who work here in the office and the grounds are friendly and do things in a timely manor and are helpful. They do return your calls fast. They are clean and professional. The grounds are very quiet and not ghetto at all. You would think that living off Greenback may bring in some noise or weird stuff but it never really does. I have never seen any cops in here. It's peaceful. The residents are nice, smile at you, mind their own business. The kitchen, bathroom and closet are large. I love having a fireplace and a washer and dryer
