First of all, Bike Werks will continue operating in Montgomery County and surrounding areas with Marty running the show. Important: We work on bikes in the order that they arrive until 12:30, then we must shut down. Our intention is to serve everyone who comes, however, latecomers run the risk of not being serviced. The market does not allow us to remain on site beyond 1:30.

My name is Carl and I'm the Owner of Bike Werks mobile bike shop. Cycling and working on bikes are among my favorite things to do. Since I can remember, I've always enjoyed working on my bikes, and after 8 years working weekends at a bike shop, I've honed my mechanical skills. Building what seems like 1,000 bikes scrutinized by veteran mechanics, I became a Certified Builder.
At Bike Werks, we work on all types of bicycles - including kids' bikes, hybrids, mountain bikes, road bikes, single speed, cruisers and triathlon bikes. No Problem - Bike Werks can have your big box store bike performing at its full potential. Yes we do. Very happy with the work Marty and Chad did on my German bike! They did a complete tuneup, replaced a tube, and switched out bike seats. Then they waited to have me test ride and re-adjusted the seat to a… comfortable & safe height. Their price is very reasonable, esp. to conveniently come to my house to do the work. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with my Bike Werks experience. Carl came at 8 pm after work and promptly figured out my issue. When he wasn't able to fix it on the spot, he told me there was no charge for this visit, just give him a call for my next tune up! I'll be calling him again soon for time ups on my bike as well as my dads.

We found out about Bike Werks at the Sunday Olney Farmer's Market a few weeks ago. There were folks at his booth lined up with their bikes for on the spot repairs. We didn't have our bikes then but knew our bikes needed some TLC. We called last Saturday and Carl came an hour later to our house and fixed our bikes. Not only did he provide convenient high quality service, he was reasonably priced and super nice! He's native to this area too! :-) Highly recommend!
