My boyfriend, And I have had nothing but the best experience with obtaining an affordable, pet friendly and safe home for us. Ashely has been extremely helpful and resourceful with the application process and tour for our apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and has adequate storage. We would definitely recommend for others to view the property!

My son and I drove through here in June 2021 and his “rating” of the complex were his experiences. So, in essence; “someone’s trash is another’s” treasure. For me and my wife; Crystal (park manager) was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional in beginning the process of habitation here. Ashley’s diligence as park employee reminded me of my own dedication to detail making sure all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed.
The park itself is not perfect, but the park personnel work seemingly tireless in keeping the park clean with the available staff. The apartment we decided

We moved in to Essex in January and have had a great experience. Our move in with Ashley Rudloff was a good and simple process. We didn’t have to stress, or worry, because Ashley had everything covered. She answered all of our questions, and gave us all of the information we needed and more. Thank you to the team at Essex for being so amazing!

Don't rent here. The most dishonest management company I have ever dealt with. If you apply, they will take your security deposit even if they don't have anything available to rent to you and they won't return your phone calls or emails when you ask them to return it.
On May 15, I submitted my rental application online with the security deposit of $200 and an application fee of $35. Ashley from the leasing office called me and said that the website had the wrong information, and the rent was actually much higher than stated in the application I had filled out. She said she would talk to her supervisor

Living here at Essex Park Apartments the whole team is a dynamic team.. Leasing Consultant Ashley Rudloff answered the phone very nice, she always goes above and beyond her job criteria. Always willing to help residents and always has a positive attitude.

I just want to say since living here I've been very happy with the staff! Crystal,Ashley and Brianna thank you for everything!! They have been super helpful and friendly with helping me apply for the renthelp and whenever I have work orders maintenance is fast to respond. Can you help with smoking smell in hallways and sometimes my apt.

We moved to Rochester and rented site unseen due to Covid-19. Lora and Brianna answered many questions and didn’t disappoint. Josh and Randy have been great with the smallest repair requests. All the staff have been very professional making it obvious they care about the residents and the complex. Apartment living starts with great management and this crew are rocking it! Everyone has been very welcoming.

My boyfriend and I spent a lot of time comparing apartments around Rochester before finding Essex and immediately knowing this is where we wanted to live. The staff is very accommodating, there are no surprises and it’s very affordable. We couldn’t be happier with our decision- the staff has emailed and called us multiple times since move in just to guarantee that we are settling in nicely and to address and problems or questions we might have.. we are very grateful to be here!

The staff at Essex Park Apartments are amazing and very friendly. The staff was very prompt during the application and move-in process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place with great management. Crystal has been very helpful and informative in requesting a few accommodations needed. The units are very nice and clean. They are also very spacious! They have great amenities as well ex: pool, fitness center, park, and a package room!

Absolutely do not rent here if you value a quiet space and a safe environment. Lost sleep many many nights because police were called to complex or building late at night or because of unsupervised children in the parking lots/hallways. Discussed concerns with management and was told to handle it myself because they would not take action. Pool rules never respected, maintenance requests never followed up on. Heard horror stories of them raising rent and am hoping to move before I can be subject to that as well. Laundry room not well ventilated. Disappointing because website looks promising. Space
