New Year’s Eve I hit a snow embankment and really messed up my tire.
Frantic to get it fixed before everything shut down for the holiday and the incoming storm, Dustin kindly got me on their already tight schedule…Plus got me a new tire within a few hours! The level of service is extraordinary.

I wish all businesses valued quality service as much as Foothill Tire Pros. Today, I called to set up an appointment to get the new rims I got for my wife’s 4Runner for Christmas put on. They said — on New Years Eve, no less — “bring it on in”. I was like, “really?” But I was in and and out in under an hour. I had a good conversation with Dustin about suspensions and DIY, chatted with another customer, and had a little me-time on the phone while I waited. A tale of two halves.
On one hand these guys were amazing. They told me if I came in right when they opened they could have me out in 30 min (putting my snow tires on). They got me out of there in less time than that, and I was the 2nd person in line. I really appreciate them for that.
Now the not-so-great.
I brought 3 of the tires in my trunk and had the 4th in the back on the ground. Unfortunately, the worker who removed my normal tires, put 2 of them (they were wrapped but the bags were dirty and wet) in my trunk, and put the other 2 ON MY SEATS in the back. Not on the floor in front of the

I've gone in for major mechanical work and also just for tire repair. Each time they have been fast and have gone above and beyond what was asked of them. This last time i got a huge chunk of metal stuck in my tire which couldn't be repaired, so i had to purchase a new one but they didn't just put on a new one and called it done. They rotated them the best way so they would wear more evenly and put the best traction where i needed it most. Hands done some of the best service I've had.

I moved to the area and needed new tires and an alignment. Upon checking around I found the prior reviews for Foothill Tire Pros to be great. On the phone I had great customer service, had all my questions answered, and got great recommendations. When I showed up they had everything done by the time I walked to Starbucks and back. My car drives amazing. I'm 100% satisfied with every aspect of this place, and will definitely be returning when needed!

These Guys are hands down the best around! I’ve had two different vehicles in there for different repair issues and Dustin and Paul are always OUTSTANDING!! The team has been amazing when I found myself with a flat tire in Salt Lake City on my way back to California. My car comes with a pretty rare tire size and the guys at Foothill tried everything to find the best and quickest solution for me. Had a fat screw in my tire and I was tripping out bc I have to drive back to California. In less than 30 min these guys had my tire off and patched for less than $30.
They were super professional, friendly, and fast.
My parents buy all their tires here. If you purchase from them they'll do patches for free.
I'll never get TIRED of this kind of service.

In life I've come to a conclusion time is my most valuable asset and they have my back. I used to get my tires done at Costco and it was a great deal, but it took hours. I dreaded getting my tires rotated and now I head in to tire pros and they handle it quickly.

I chose Foothill Tire Pros because of the positive reviews, and was not disappointed. They were professional, quick, and *honest*. I emphasize honest because they didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I thought my struts were bad -- would have been easy to agree and make a quick buck from me -- but they said the car just needed an alignment. They'll have all my business from now on.

I bought a set of 4 tires about a year ago and recently noticed some wear depth that seemed too soon. I brought my car to them to look at the tires thinking it was a warranty issue with the tire manufacturer. The sales rep, don't remember his name, told me that there was nothing that can be done and that it was caused by my cars power and our roads. He then proceeded to try to sell me a used set of tires. I just got off the phone with the tire manufacturer and they are prorating 4 replacement tires. Disappointing to see that someone didn't want to take the 20 minutes to make this

Foothill Tire Pros is an honest, helpful company. I was recommended to go there a few years ago and will not go anywhere else for tires or other car issues now. The staff (especially Dustin) really cares about their customers and wants to make sure you are taken care of! Highly recommend Foothill Tire Pros!!

What can I say except Jim and the crew were EXCEPTIONAL! We were leaving our hotel in SLC en route to Las Vegas when our back brake broke off. We called, they fit us in and had us out of there in under 2 hours as a priority. To top it off he recommended the best breakfast place we'd ever eaten at (Blue Plate Diner). Now that's what excellent service is all about!

Such poor customer service I can't even give them one star. I recently went in to get two new back tires on my M3 BMW they got me in quick and got me out in about an hour. I told Jim I was selling my car and I recently had all four of my rims done...I've put a lot of money into it to sell it. I got my car back and later noticed some scuffs and scratches on my two back rims, I was not pleased at all. I called and told him what I saw and he told me to come in and he would look at the scratches. I came in a few hours later and he came straight out of the building and I said these are the

Wow! Night and day from Big O. This place and the owner/operator are awesome! I came in like half hour before closing time needing a new tire and they took care of me quick and didn't rip me off. I'm surprised by the negative reviews with unreasonable expectations... Would love to know who they found that was better. Big O lies to try to get you to replace all 4 tires! Foothill Pros give you what you need and is honest and competent.

On Feb 24, I took my car over to Foothill Tire Pros after a blowout on the Freeway from a tire that was old. The manager was very nice to me. I work across the street and he actually walked over and put a spare on the car, and then drove it across the street to the shop. I know it isn't far but still, I appreciated that as I was anxious from the blowout since the car did a 180 and almost created an accident. The manager let me know that 2 tires were old and should be replaced, the blown out one and another one, and two were possibly ok to leave on but would need to be replaced within a year

Dustin at Foothill Tire Pros is so rude. He has a major attitude problem. He doesn't care about customers who spend money there. I had a warranty on my tire, which would have covered the damage, but Dustin told me (incorrectly) that I just had to buy a new one from him and that was it. I had to do my all of my own leg work to determine the warranty and to ship the tire back even though I bought a brand-new tire from Dustin. The owner was not any nicer, and had an equal attitude problem. It seems like they just don't care about customers here. Go somewhere else where they have better customer
