Richard came in about water that had been leaking for awhile and it was the shut off valve and the hose that ran from the shut off valve to the tank. Not only did it take him not even a half hour but he also cleaned the floor under the tank where it had been leak for a while and through away the trash. Then on July 20th I caught him going by on the golf cart thinking water was still leaking and it was a different hose under the master bedrooms sink. He fixed it and cleaned up the water and any mess it left. Thank you to the office employee’s and all the maintenance staff for all you do. 😉

I have lived here for 4 years. Throughout this time we have had multiple owners and managers. However, the current managers, assistant managers and leasing agents are better than any I have ever experienced! They have been more than accommodating when it comes to maintenance requests and prompt when I needed documentation for various subsidized programs. Melissa is always so bright and cheerful, and Alyssa's ability to multi task a wide variety of demands blows me away. I was totally bummed to hear Danielle was promoted cause we will certainly miss her. If corporate was wise, they would promote

I've been here a little over two years and it's a pretty good place. With like anywhere you go you're going to have some problems the office crew and maintenance has always taken care of it. The ladies in the office Danielle Alyssa and Melissa are very friendly and welcoming and are on top of everything as well as all three maintenance guys.
