My moving in process was super great with the previous property manager Andrea, but moving out was a completely different story. My move out date was the 21st and I received ZERO communication regarding the move out process, where to put my keys, no walk through, and no communication about the deposit from the property manager and the office was closed. I came back the following Monday to do a quick run through and talk to Baeron, but before I could go to the office he showed up to the apartment prepared to do a showing with a couple there. He then proceeded to humiliate me in front of this couple

I am moving my daughter from Southern Utah to Lawrence. We actually stumbled upon Parkway when another fell through. Baeron pretty much adopted her from the get go! He has been so helpful and understanding through the entire process of application and move in from a distance! I would totally recommend this complex to anyone!

I absolutely love this apartment complex. The units are clean, spacious, and comforting. It has always felt like home.
When moving in, there was a miscommunication between us and the leasing office and they corrected it so quickly with smiling faces the whole time. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel happy and at home.

I lived here for half my college experience at KU and it was by far the best apartment complex I was in, and a decent price too. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the clubhouse was perfect to host club events I helped organize as a student leader. I work in Lawrence now, and still consider this place an option. Great location, public car charging across the street, and spacious rooms/balcony.
