We lived at the Harrison Apartments for a year and have only positive experience. Staff, neighborhood, amenities, location - literally perfect!
Only thing that I can advise future residents is a best apartments are on the top floor (because noise from neighbors above can be an issue).

I've never lived in an apartment that was so beautiful! Not to mention the location is very convenient to everything I need.
Moving down to Florida from up North, I was hoping I'd love the place I picked, and boy do I ever. Everything is super clean, the office and maintenance staff are amazing! They make you feel like a valued resident, which especially now is very important to me.
I would hands down recommend Harrison Apartments to anyone that enjoys waking up every day in a state of contentment.

Paradise. We just stopped by on a random Sunday afternoon and signed a new lease that day! The team here is amazing. Lead by David, his team of Brett and Renee make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is amazing, the amenities are amazing and the apartments are amazing. Everyone is so friendly. There is a real sense of community and hospitality from everyone you encounter here. We are so pleased to call Harrison Sarasota our new home. If you see me please say Hi! Thanks Harrison for a wonderful place to live!

This was the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. I had to break my lease after 2 months. It was disgusting with roaches, spiders, the pantry door broke off while opening it, my toilets constantly got clogged & the toilet seats and lids broke off, there was a hole in my shower, the baseboard broke off in the kitchen when I was mopping, and my neighbors wouldnt stop BLASTING music from 9 am- 6 am. It’s a horrible place, management doesn’t care, it’s absolutely disgusting and cheap for paying $2,000 a month. It’s a rip off and gross. Save your money and DON’T MOVE HERE.

What a great place to live. The on site agents are just the best guys around. One of them listened to my whole emotional story with the most empathy I've experienced in a long while. He really helped me get over a serious personal issue, like he knew me for years.

We stopped by today and had a tour led by Rene Cole. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and highly energetic which we loved. It was our first interaction on the community and it was a very positive one due to her. The gym was one of the nicest we have seen and we have toured many communities trying to find the right fit. This is the first one with a heavy bag and that's a big sell point that stands above the others.

Renee at The Harrison is PHENOMENAL. She was so kind and courteous from the moment we walked into the lobby. She asked us what our preferences were, got a bit more personable and then made appropriate recommendations accordingly and I could not be happier to know that if I choose to live at the Harrison it is because of Renee and her presentation and her great disposition. Thank you for being so thorough!
