My boyfriend and I moved in a little over a week ago. This place and the staff are just wonderful. Tay and really all the girls in the office are super sweet and helpful. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful, we're still not positive we have upstairs neighbors lol they're SO quiet! I love the layout of the apartment, all our furniture fits perfectly. The patio is huge with 2 big storage closets. The walk in closet in the master bedroom is BIG with plenty of shelving. We searched and thoroughly researched several complexes between Lewisville and Carrollton, believe me, you will not find a better

I lived at Wind Dance from 2017-2021. In the beginning it wasn't bad but once Luma Corp took over it went downhill. Trash dumpster always overflowing which causes rats! Met one in my stairwell one morning and speaking of stairwells, they were never power washed or clean the entire time I was there.

If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to call home, this is it! I love my apartment with all the storage it has and all 3 of my bedrooms are a really great size. In the year and a half that I’ve lived here all my maintenance requests have be taken care of quickly. The staff in the office Taisha, Rachel, Brenda, and Chelsey are always so helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

I really enjoy my apartment here at Wind Dance. It's nice to have a really great floor plan with features like granite countertops and stainless appliances. The property is well maintained and kept looking really nice. The front office is always so helpful. I've gone to the resident events they have and gotten to talk with them all. Brenda, Taisha, Rachel and Chelsey do a great job of putting those together.

I helped my aunt move in about a month ago. She has emailed the office countless times about roughly 10 maintenance requests and nothing has been done. The washer and dryer are in awful condition. Bedroom doors don't close, there is no privacy. Dirty air vents. The front door has a gap on the bottom of it so with the rain she has been getting water gets through and makes a mess. I would love to remove this review if the apts can get their stuff together. Its a shame for $2,000 a month you can't get the maintenance out to the apartment. She is not happy and deserves better.

I love these apartments! All of the staff members are professional and helpful. We are glad to call this place our new home. Tasha is friendly, always puts a smile on my face, and she definitely uplifts the community. Rachel is a very kind and sweet person. Brenda is understanding and hard working for these residents. Chelsey is very welcoming, compassionate, and she has a great team.

We loved living at Wind Dance. The new management has made so many upgrades during the 7 months we were living in our 3 bedroom apartment with garage. On move in from out of town our apartment was spotless with new carpet, new flooring and a pretty tan paint with white trim. I loved the big rooms, large windows, big porch fireplace and huge closet in the master bath. Any item on move in check list including changing screens was taken care of the next day. We had our A/C go out and they came right over to fix it. No bugs and the complex grounds were nice. Our unit upstairs was quiet and I would

I've been at Wind Dance 4 1/2 years. We have had 3 management companies since I have been here and I have to say the new management company seems very attentive to the needs of updating the property. The new office staff is wonderful, but I have to give Top Props to Kierra Mims. She is so very personable and always knows the residents by name. She gives a warm welcome anytime you have interaction with her and goes of her way to be sure you are taken care of. Glad to have her in the office

I recommend you live here if you want a professional hard working staff that is truly committed to its residence. The maintenance staff is responsive, professional and really good listeners. I guess that's why they are so effective. The apartments have space, character and they are spotless. This is home. My friends love the apartment and the community. You feel safe here. I guess you can tell I love it here!

Our experience with Kierra Mims at Wind Dance has been great. She was warm & welcoming during our introductions and paid special attention to the criteria of which we wanted in our apartment search. Good aprtments to stay at. Interior work and finishing is good. The desgin of the apartment is also good. They made sure to provide some basic things required in the apartment. Trash bins are ideally located and crub side trash facility is available. They got great swimming pool and gym. They also have good electric bbq machines at the swimming pool. Gym equipment is desent and you got what all you need to work out. They have wifi access at the gym and leasing office. By the way Pets are allowed. The managemnet is helpfull with your needs and they are friendly so you can approch them with any help
