Due to the pandemic, group classes are being conducted online through Zoom. Depending on individual circumstances, private classes may be conducted online, or held in person indoors or outdoors while adhering to guidelines as advised by relevant local, state, and federal health authorities. I specialize in female fitness and offer "in-home" personal training as well as individualized sessions in my studio. I am experienced in aerobics, weight training, Pilates, stretch, and kick boxing. I incorporate elements of different exercise styles and create individual exercise programs that help my clients achieve their fitness goals.

Can I lose weight by exercise alone? It's very hard. As a personal trainer, I exercise 5 to 6 hours daily and I can't maintain my weight without watching what I eat. Most people eat more when they exercise heavily so unless you really change how much you eat and what you eat, losing weight with exercising alone is difficult.
