Me and my girlfriend applied and the next day we were told we were approved with conditions. We spent the next 3 days trying to figure out what are those conditions and then finally in the 4th day they told us we were denied. Completely unprofessional and I've never been more upset. If they would have told us up front I wouldn't have been so mad but we were told approved with conditions and we ended our search. Just to be told the opposite 4 days later

If I could give this place a negative star, I most definitely would. I have never written a review for anything before, but I need you all to be aware of this place. At first it was great, but after “new management” came in, everything started going down hill. The main reason I wanted to live there was for the small yards attached to some units. I have a very small dog, when touring the unit I asked Evelyn if I was able to put garden fencing around the fence in the yard so my dog would not run away because he can fit through the metal poles, she said yes. I purchased expensive nice black mesh

I've lived this apartment for 3 years and I've always been happy to live here due to amenities and location. Especially, new management just started this year and they're doing a great job like changing cleaning company which is doing much better job to make apartment clean and all the staffs are very nice and helpful. I'm planing to stay longer.

From the moment I first arrived to this complex to find a new apartment I instantly fell in love with this community. Jose gave me the greatest tour of the community and show me all the amenities that the complex has to offer. Thanks to Jose I was able to get exactly what I wanted out of a new apartment. I highly recommend Hebron 121. Looking for apartments can be scary in my opinion you never truly know what it’s like until you live there but this place is amazing. Jose was the most amazing leasing agent and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from first tour all the way to move it. Maintenance had to come fix something after we moved in and they came the very next day and were super nice and helpful. If you are looking just stop here. So much to love about this complex!

I have lived here for 6 years and I love it more than when I first moved in! The property itself is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. The gym is HUGE and there is a restaurant next door but I will say the POOL IS MY FAVORITE. The water fall allows for peaceful sunbathing and if you enjoy socializing with your neighbors this is the place to be at. The office staff is amazing and always there to help. On top of that, they are always so joyful when you come in. Would 10/10 recommend living here!

The first look at Hebron 121 I was already amazed, but that was two years ago when I wasn’t quite sure. Now, I just signed the lease for my one bedroom, thanks to Evelyn. She was there to answer all my questions, gave me her insight and just really helped me through every hurdle. So excited to start this journey😌

Me and my husband lived here a couple years ago with our daughters. Apartment living always sucks (in my opinion) but Neely made this the best apartment experience we’ve ever had. Always professional showed us an apartment and we were sold after everything we searched for. She was so kind and helpful she even checked on us a couple weeks after moving in. When I told her my daughter was sick just to make conversation she was so empathic after the busy last couple of weeks we had and even brought us a gift card to purchase dinner one night so we could just have a meal with a sick child. This place is great but mostly because of Neely. She works the leasing office and has the best customer service out of anyone I have ever met. She has a smile like sunshine and a heart of gold. She also smells nice. And is very good at her job. If you are in the market for an apartment here, talk to Neely.
