Highland Row is a great home and I would highly recommend living here!
I like how convenient it is to design your apartment the way you like it, the staff are amazing, and having The Casual Pint, Hot Workx (the BEST workouts in town by the way), and Gloss all just a walking distance from my apartment is a huge plus!

These apartments have everything you need! Great location, great staff, and great amenities!
We love the spacing in the apartment, as well as the amenities that are offered by the apartments!
The area is pretty quiet although it is around a lot of businesses and is directly beside the UofM. Great for taking a quick walk if needed or if you're a student or commuter to the downtown area, it's easy to get up and go to arrive at your destination quickly!😀

I've lived in Highland Row since August 2020 and I absolutely love it! All common spaces are clean and the staff is friendly and genuinely care about any issues you might run into living there. I had a package get delivered to a different apartment and one of the leasing office representatives drove there personally to get it for me. Those things… go a long way for me and make Highland Row a very welcoming community! Most of all, I feel very safe living there! I made the right choice deciding to live here and will definitely be resigning my lease!

I've lived at Highland Row since it first opened in 2016. Since that time I've seen management change multiple times, but overall I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment in Memphis.
The complex is more costly rent wise but that is due to the amenities. The gym is open 24/7 and has everything you would need, to save you a gym membership every month. The courtyard has two big grills that are hooked up to the central gas line, so you don't have to worry about bringing charcoal or propane. Nightly trash pickup is nice so you don't have to

Either my neighbors are elephants or the building was poorly build. at this point, I'm sure its a mixture of both. all throughout the day and throughout the night i can hear my upstairs neighbors stomping profusely. according to the leasing office, they have been sent several notices regarding the excessive noise, but at this point that is hard to believe. no one who has received this amount of contact from the leasing staff would continue to stomp, run, and do jumping jacks above their neighbors. so my guess is either management is not following through on their word, or the people above

Full disclosure: we wanted to break our lease here but could not - they do offer a buy out but it was more than we were willing to spend (almost 6,000$)
I haven't found living here to be a good value for the cost. I would recommend you look elsewhere to your money. In any case, you likely couldn't find a parking spot as the property management personnel regularly park in the "20 minute parking" spots all day long (the spots near the elevator). The parking garage is great if you have a unit nearby, if you don't, you're in for a walk.

Granted, we haven't lived here very long, but our experience has been really pleasant thus far! The buildings are really nice, the gym is awesome, and you really can't beat the location. Whilst there are times when I notice things in the apartment and around the property that I feel should be fixed for how much it costs to live here, that's just how it is sometimes! The leasing office is great, and the construction really hasn't been bad (if you realize that right now it is a construction zone.) the overall experience has been great and we totally recommend the place to everyone
