I have taken 25-30 classes at Samadhi and I highly recommend signing up for a class - there are many to choose from throughout each day of the week. All of the different instructors (6-7) that have led the classes are welcoming to new participants and work hard to make each practice enjoyable for all. The studio is clean and comfortable.

Doing yoga at the gym is a good workout but it does not compare to practicing yoga in a studio with instructors who truly love the practice. Yoga is much more than a workout (although it is a good one) and this is the perfect place to go and clear your mind, and get away from the everyday things and stresses. With all different classes to choose from, it doesn’t matter the level you are at- any place is a good place to start.

I love Samadhi Yoga! I have only attended the lunch time $6 classes. Every time I've had a different instructor but I've had a good experience with all of them. I have been looking for a yoga studio I truly love since I started my practice in Rhode Island and now live in CT. Samadhi is quickly becoming my go to studio and I can't wait to keep learning and growing mentally and physically with them.

I am a new member of Samadhi Yoga Studio and I wish I had joined sooner. It is so relaxing and I love the instructors. There are classes all day long 7 days a week, including a one hour lunchtime yoga class. They offer props to help you with poses and to encourage relaxation at the end of the session. I recommend their classes to everyone.

There is nothing like taking a class with the incredible instructors at Samadhi Yoga Studio. I’ve just completed my first month of classes with this wonderful community. Somehow, the intention of the practice set by the instructor at the beginning of every class has spoken to me on a very deep and personal level. There is nothing like turning your focus inward and and being able to express gratitude for the practice and the ability to do something truly good for your body and soul. I would go everyday if I could! Take some time to disconnect from your screens and your busy schedules and do something

Great studio, excellent teachers, a ton of classes--what could be better? Samadhi has the class and teacher for you. A little tricky to find the first time, but worth it 100%! I started out dropping in and quickly signed up for the 1-month intro membership, but I'm loving it so much it will be my "home studio" even after the first month is over. Highly recommend!

I’m fairly new to yoga, and I’m glad that I tried the classes at Samadhi Yoga Studio. The facility is clean with ample parking space, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming too!
Samadhi offers a variety of classes at all levels, and the instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga as they offer corrections and modifications in a compassionate and gracious way. One of the many things I’m learning in Yoga is mindfulness. Yoga is helping me focus --- to live in the moment! I’m also seeing improvements on my posture, flexibility, strength, and balance.
To me, Samadhi

It’s been a while since I’ve practiced yoga and I have to say that this studio has been just what I needed. The instructors are so kind and truly care about your experience. The people in class have also been great. Their pricing is fair and their beginner deal for $40, you can’t beat! If you’re a true beginner, the gentle yoga and yoga basics is very helpful and within no time you’ll ease into the moderate. My new favorite is power with a Melissa on Friday’s. I cant say enough good things about this place.
