I have been tempted to try yoga, but I was concerned about getting injured. I have had 3 hip replacements (Yes, 3) and arthritis. I tried an introductory Fuller Yoga with props class offered through Glastonbury Parks & Rec. It's perfect for me. Justine patiently reminds you to breathe and ensures that everyone in the class is working to his or her best, keeping personal challenges in mind. There is no judgement. You do the best you can. Classes begin with a question, "are there any areas in particular bothering you?" A 60-minute class gives me energy and loosens me up. Even when

I recently moved to Glastonbury from Boston, where I had been practicing pretty regularly for the past couple of years with stellar instructors. I've been trying to find a new home studio and was hopeful that Fuller could be that studio, but I'm finishing up my first month of unlimited and probably won't be back regularly. It's been mentioned in previous comments, but the staff has not been super friendly or welcoming. But more than that, I haven't found the instructors to be particularly knowledgeable regarding cueing and sequencing, or safe alignment with modifications

New massage therapist at Fuller Yoga Pilates and Massage, Jade Kelly is wonderful. I have had two massages with Jade so far and both times felt relaxed and pamper after. Not only does Jade have a great massage background, she also has PT experience. To me, this plays a key role in how well she is able to "read" your body and treat accordingly. I ask Jade to focus on my shoulders, neck and upper back and her education and experience has helped me feel oh so good! I highly recommend Jade and Fuller Yoga Pilates and Massage.

I have only practiced yoga here. Have yet to try the Pilates classes that are offered. Like most things, yoga is what you make it -- so I can never speak badly about it. But at Fuller, I always leave class wanting more.

The studio itself is small. I think Fuller can comfortably fit maybe 20-30 students altogether. Keep in mind it doubles as a Pilates/Barre room as well, so there is a wall of mirrors. Of the all-levels, power, and vinyasa classes -- only the power class is heated. Queuing, sequencing and overall energy vary with each teacher and I haven't quite been able to connect with any

I've taken a handful of classes here, and I am really loving getting to know the studio and the instructors.

I have yet to take a class with Justine, the owner, but I have had a few classes with Kate and Nicole at this point. Nicole's beginner class has a great pace for beginners; the flow is easy enough to focus on the poses, and the classes have been no more than 10 people in the evenings. Kate will definitely push you to work your body. She had a good "flow" to her class and made us sweat.

I've gotten really speedy responses over email concerning billing and booking

I've taken classes at many yoga studios thanks to groupon and livingsocial deals. Fuller Yoga is a great facility that offers a wide range of class options and does a wide variety of workshops as well.

My family and I have all taken classes here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a yoga studio.

I got a groupon for a 10 class card and I only used 2 classes. The first class was just me and one other person for yoga. The owner kept correcting my postures and telling me to have better form. I like when teachers assist, but it felt like she was berating me. Then she told me that I needed more core strength so I should go to her Pilates class.

I went to my first ever Pilates class. Maybe it was me, but I didn't like it one bit. So, I threw out my class card and haven't gone back.

The Fuller Yoga studio in Hartford is phenomenal. While located in a up and coming part of town, this studio is a diamond in the rough. Justine holds a few yoga classes a week as well as other instructors - each specializes in a different type of yoga. She shares new poses along with traditional one and she will honestly kick your butt forcing you to push your body - it is wicked intense and you will be sure to break a sweat.
I felt like a completely different person after having gone there the first time. I had more energy, i felt mentally relaxed, and I was more aware of my posture.

A very cool yoga/dance studio in a unlikely urban spot, run by an innovative director ...

Justine Fuller found her niche - everything from yoga, to pilates, to pole dancing for fitness - in a restored factory building in Parkville. Fans flock to her pole classes to find their inner "goddesses." If there is a more experienced, exacting pilates instructor in the area, I haven't yet met her (or him!) And the yoga classes offer up Justine's unique "circular vinyasa flow," untilizing a more expansive space for movement, not just the linear back and forth on your mat

This absolutely beautiful, hardwood floored, red brick walled, charming yoga studio brought tranquility, companionship, and a good stretch to my sometimes tightly wound self. Justine Fuller, the super good-vibed owner of the studio knows everyone by name, teaches a killer power session, and has developed the next big thing in yoga: the round mat, which I am convinced will make her famous one day. My favorite: the Saturday Fuller Yoga classes.
