Smoking is prohibited in all apartment rental spaces including patios or balconies, building breezeways, community amenities, walkways, and parking lots. Moved here recently thanks to the excellent service and follow up provided by Sharon in the front office. She has continued to be professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. The property is beautifully maintained on a daily basis and there is security presence every night. The neighbors have been kind and the atmosphere nice and quiet. It is also very pet friendly. I highly recommend The Passage Apts. to anyone seeking a peaceful, well managed community.

The office staff here is amazing. I moved in recently and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Randy and Sharon. My apartment was spotless upon arrival. I always do a deep clean when I move in to a new place and most of my wipes and cloths were still white after wiping everything down. On top of that, I appreciated getting a new resident tour of the neighborhood and being escorted to my apartment for the first time! Randy and Sharon are awesome and clearly care about the resident experience here!

Sharon made us feel like we were at home from the moment we walked in the office. From the first phone call, to the tour, to moving in, she really made moving more enjoyable. The process was super quick and seamless.
My roommate and I had terrible luck apartment hunting before we found The Passage. People in the offices really turned us off from choosing other places to live. The people truly make the place and it’s why I’m super grateful for Sharon.

Location is calm yet just minutes away from anything we need. Unit and community amenities are updated and well maintained. Sharon and Randy from the office are super nice and helpful with everything, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. If it wasn’t for buying a home soon, I don’t think my wife and I would rent elsewhere in Green Valley. Highly recommended!

Randy was an amazing helper with me and my boyfriend getting our place. He was nothing but supportive and useful the whole time !!! Me and my boyfriend were so desperate to find a place and the first time we came in he said there was nothing available. Then he said he would put us on his waitlist, and we got a call the very next day! We took it right away. We got what we dreamt of and got everything we ever wanted. Moving to NV from out of state, so getting prepped to move is stressful. Reached out to The Passages and spoke with Sharon. She was pleasant, professional, but more importantly... Helpful & followed through on her word. When I first expressed interest, she advised that there were no units available at the moment, would put me on their list, and also referred me to a few sister communities.
A few weeks later, she followed up to see if I found a spot yet. As recommended, I was able to get an apartment through another related property. Even though I didn't go with The Passage, I've already recommended

If you are lucky to get into the Passage phase II apartments then do it!! I recently left my old apartment due to my lease expiring and downsizing from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and let me tell you something...for over 2 months I was unable to find anything decent that wasn't over $1400 for a 1 bedroom!! I reached out to The Fairways and spoke with an amazing lady named Joanna and even though they had nothing there she referred me to the Passage phase II and I'm happy to say I will be moving in next week and I can't wait to have my own place again, even though I was a bit leery

I moved into The Passage in September, 2017, when I moved from San Francisco to Henderson. I moved into The Jewel, a 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment. Very spacious & very reasonably priced. Large spacious rooms. The Manager & office staff couldn't have been more gracious, understanding and welcoming! But, time would tell, if once I signed the contract, it would remain that way. I'm here to say, 4 years later, they are the greatest. The maintenance supervisor, Patrick, has been great. The washing machine flooded. Patrick was outside & I ran & told him what was happening. I have already reviewed The Passage Apartments because I truly am so in love with living here. I have lived here for 15 months and just renewed my lease for another 15. The reason I am writing a second review is, I had a technical difficulty with my new lease apparently we had missed a signature and it delayed lease signing. I lived here for 2 1/2 years and absolutely loved it! I lived alone and the complex is super safe and friendly. The maintenance team is so nice and so is the office staff! The amenities are great and the apartment itself was really nice just like the models, so you get what you see. I highly recommend this apartment complex! They were also so flexible and nice during the pandemic and it really felt like they cared and eased a lot of stress. Sharron and Laurie are the absolute best.

I came in for a tour today. I was greeted by a man named Randy, who showed me a couple units.
Had an unpleasant and UNCOMFORTABLE experience because of Randy, the leasing agent. He kept touching my back at multiple occasions during the tour to "guide" my attention to specific features of the unit and even sat super close to me in the model unit's couches. I sat on the couch inside of the model unit, and he sat close enough to me for our legs to touch! He was handsy and did not have a sense of respecting personal space AT ALL. It was creepy and inappropriate at every level.

We just leased at the sister property to The Passage, ONLY because The Passage didn't have anything for us to lease in the time frame we needed. However, we were so impressed with Sharon, the leasing consultant extraordinaire. She was SPECTACULAR! We were SOOOO disappointed not to be able to live at The Passage (but are definitely pleased with the sister property). It is beautiful and the service we received was incredible! Just moved into the Passage Apartments. I have to say the apartments look great and it has a great homey feeling and the customer service is awesome. Adam Lagor was my leasing agent and he was great the best customer service I've ever received at any property here in Las Vegas and I've lived here for 20 years. It was fast easy and all and all a great transition into a new apartment.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking to move to the Green Valley area. The staff is very friendly and professional. Sharon helped my two young sons and I find the perfect apartment for us! They even have an app to put in work orders and they are on top of it! I couldn't be more pleased with my apartment and management. I signed my lease a little less than a month ago, and have no complaints. The property is quiet, well kept, and equipped with great amenities.
My leasing agent, Sharon, is attentive and well organized and made my housing transition easy. All my correspondence and requests have been handled professionally and quickly. Just moved in about a month ago and we LOVE it!!! Our pups love the little dog park they have! The leasing staff is AMAZING! Always answers my calls and very professional. Shout out to maintenance too! The apartment is perfect and when we needed our toilet fixed after hours, they showed up within the hour to fix it. Thanks Passage team!

Passage 2 is awesome! Is supposed to be non smoking, but unfortunately, people don't follow the rules. This is not managements fault. And they do their best to remedy it. If you are by the pool it can get loud, but they do have security at night keeping an eye out for it. The apartments are spacious and all newer and very nice and clean.
Management is excellent if anything needs fixing, in fact, I got extra service one day when I found a black widow outside my apartment. I called management, and Adam showed up promptly and killed the spider.
All in all, a great place to live

I recently moved from Cali to Vegas for work. Sharon has made the entire process easy for me since day one. Seems like whenever I have any questions or need anything addressed in our unit. Prior to moving out to Henderson, my fiance and I toured the property on 3 separate occasions and fell in love with the floor plans. They were big and spacious compared to what we had in cali. The property is kept clean on a daily basis and you can see they keep their word when it comes to parking, smoking, and safety. Although gated, all apartments/townhomes are armed with alarms. An added bonus compared to other locations
