Siena Wellness
It truly does take a village to raise a child - and a mother. Community is the heart of Siena Wellness. We support women from pregnancy through motherhood - a transformation that is truly life-changing and a lot more fun when you have other mamas to share it with. Elizabeth is the founder of Siena Wellness and mom of two crazy little kids.

She has worked with hundreds of pregnant women and new mothers and loves creating connections and providing women with the tools they need to thrive in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Services
I believe that yoga is for everyone. It helps us connect to ourselves and to each other, build strength, and find deep relaxation. I teach yoga to a wide variety of students - pregnant women and new moms, beginning and advanced yogis, and people managing illness or other special conditions. I look forward to working with you!
Pregnancy and early motherhood are a time of incredible growth and change - our bodies, minds, and identities shift to welcome our babies into the world. Yoga helps us to find ease amidst constant change, learn how to breathe through challenges, and provides a much-needed space for reflection and relaxation.
Private yoga and mindfulness sessions are a great way to start learning the basics or to deepen your existing practices. I teach private sessions to individuals and groups in private homes, at offices, and at local studios. Private and semi-private sessions are designed to meet the needs and goals of each student.
These open and supportive groups of moms navigating life with tiny people help fill the void of the village. Because we were never meant to mother alone. Pregnancy Support Circles include weekly group zoom video calls to check-in, offer support, and participate in a facilitated conversation about pregnancy and early postpartum.
Support in the early weeks and months with a newborn is essential. Mamas Circles are open, supportive communities where we talk about changing identities, relationships, and how to get through the day (and night) with little ones. A place to be in community with other women and know you're not in this alone.

This is a very special woman! I first met with Liz at a time in life when I needed to tackle some general anxiety. What impressed me most was her skillful way of meeting me exactly where I was mentally and physically. She has a lot of knowledge and experience, so she's quick to make sense of my context and suggest effective mindfulness routines that I can realistically (emphasis on realistically!) incorporate into my life. It's hard to find someone like Liz who is both soothing and kind in her approach and yet sharp and effective at meeting goals.

One of the best decisions I made as a new Mom was join Elizabeth's Mama's Circle! It's a great opportunity to connect with other mamas, share in this journey, and speak your mind in a warm + welcoming, supportive space.

As a mom herself, Elizabeth leads each class with experience and an attitude towards being a parent (and life in general) that is refreshingly honest.

Having also taken her prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, I can't say enough good things about her. Thank you, Elizabeth, for creating this awesome "village" of mamas!

Mama's Circle is a wonderfully supportive judgment-free space that Elizabeth does an excellent job moderating. She is a wonderful group leader. Each week she helps new moms probe the questions and concerns they have by facilitating group discussion. In doing so, she adds lots of her own useful knowledge as well as gathering thoughts from the group, striking the perfect balance between a wise mentor and friend.
