Overall experience with move & community has been great in the short period of time with signing up & touring the space. The entire family love all the amenities available to us & neighbors have been
pleasant.
After I submitted my request. The maintenance team reached out to me with 48 hours & was accommodating to when we were available for him to stop by & check out the issue. He checked out the dryer that has been making noise for 10 minutes then explained the issue. And came back 40 mins later with a new dryer & hooked it up. The overall process was efficient & we are very satisfied with the

There is MOLD in the apartments, must be the plumbing or something. If you place smells musty when you first move in, there's an on-going mold issue. Management will tell you it's just "black paint" until you start getting sick. I was sick for 2 weeks and then I found some in the closet and at the back of the pantry. Other reviewers had mold too.
Rents are good the first year and then go up 10% the second year. So if you sign a lease, keep this in mind for the next year.
Also, they didn't clean my apartment when I moved in and others have had this same issue. The apartment was so dirty and not

If you want to sift through dirty boxes to get your package, this place is for you. I contacted management multiple times and their reply is, well why don't you tell the mailman to not deliver to the mailroom, which I of course did, but these mailmen just still use the mailroom bc it's easiest for them.

This is my second year stay at this apartment. Before I moved in, I shopped around 12 different apartments before decides to move in here. I am super happy that I made that decision. All of the leasing agents and maintenance people are very responsible and react quickly to any reported issue. Some of them like Kevin& Brittney even go above and beyond their duty to offer help in very difficult situation.

Nice apartments, we have lived here for quite some time. The staff while sometimes can be mixed experience wise, is generally good as well. One specific incedent we had was with Anthony, who helped us with a garage ceiling leak. He was exceptionally good and really helped us out, all the way to taking personal calls. Employees on the staff like Anthony help make this place pleasant to live at.

Our experience here has been great. Considering everything going on with the pandemic. We hit several low points this year, our community Management team continued to work with us to make sure our experience was always pleasant and positive! Maintenance Team and Groundskeeper crew are always on-point! We love it here!!

My leasing experience with the Estates was nothing but great. Brittany was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the community. I had lots of questions prior to me signing and she didn’t hesitate on getting me an answer. I haven’t moved in yet, but Overall my experience with the staff has been great!
