Love everything about this community! The staff doesn’t just make you feel like residents, they make you feel like family!!! Desirae(sorry if I spelled it wrong! Lol) was such a HUGE help to my family and I before my Grandmother passed away, and so was Jeff! No complaints here, highly suggested!!!

By far the BEST place we've ever lived! The apartments themselves are so nice and huge! The management is wonderful, Jeff made us feel welcomed and at home the moment we moved in. We could ALWAYS count on him for anything we needed! This placed really felt like home and as we sit in our new place in California we miss Meadowood and the homey atmosphere it provided, Thank you Jeff and everyone who made Medowood great!

My husband and I really can't say enough good things about this complex. We have been here a year and 3 months and we are moving out today for a job in Washington. I can say that we are going to miss this place. It's the most homey apartment we have lived in and we have lived in a lot. Jeff is outstanding! He truely loves his job and it shows. He goes above and beyond and I feel like he is here all the time. Maintenance requests are fast, usually completed next day. They also keep you informed if they need to come back how long it will take. This place made it hard to choose our future apartment

Lived at Meadowood from Sep 2017- Jan 2018 with my (then) boyfriend. We decided one this place because our friend and his wife lived there and their apartment was beautiful and they loved it. We got a one bedroom, one bath. For the area and cost of living, the apartments are spot on. We also fell in love with the fact that it is gated and had in unit washer and dryers. The staff was always friendly, especially Jeff. We had no issues that needed to be corrected in the short time while living there. Coming back from deployment, I wish I could afford to live there on my income, because I would go

Customer service is awful here. I moved out back on August 1st. I gave them greater then 30 days notice, I informed them back in June that I was moving out. My August rent is drawn and I still haven't received a refund for that (and it's 1300+) let alone my security deposit back...its been 11 days. My VA Dominion Utility security deposit has already been mailed and received by me, and my COX refund, too- and I gave them less then 30 days notice I needed to end those services. So for a management that's known for months I would be moving out, they couldn't ensure I got a check in a timely manner

Wonderful staff! They are all always so cheerful and nice. They put up with our million and one questions and requests to see the apartments before we moved in and even left us a pizza & soda on our move in… day! Also, the location is awesome as it is right next to the interstate which makes everything seem to be less than 15 minutes away.
