The apartment is great in terms of location and management.
To residents at Apartment 327: As a neighbor of Apartment 327, please refrain from jumping on the floor or knocking at wall even at late night. Not only me, but also some other neightbors or yours have reported the same problem. We've tried to notify you multiple times regarding to this but you never listen, please help maintain a quiet neighborhood and be considerate about others.

Rincon Green was our home for ~1.5 years and we were overall very pleased with our stay.
Pros:
-Hands-down the management team. Very friendly, responsive, and reasonable. Roy, Laila, and all the others in the team are the best. They are the gems of RG.
-Very good sound insulation. Despite being next to the highway, the building's sound insulation was very good. This was actually the quietest apartment I've lived in thus far.
-Compared to other managed apartments in the area, the security deposit deduction at moveout was pretty reasonable (basic cleaning fee + paint lifetime cost prorated to

Best apartment I have lived in! Chef’s kiss to the management team and the leasing office for maintaining the community with such level of care. Laila, Allie, Janae and Roy are all super responsive in communications. Me and my husband signed the lease from out of state during the peak of pandemic, and it was the best decision we made. The move-in process was simple and smooth. It is next to the bay bridge and we do hear noises when we open the window, but it’s really not bad with the window closed. The units are well built and have great sound insulation. We have never heard noises from the

I've lived here for ~9 months. The apartment is no longer proud of its quietness because of loud dog barks day and night. Ironically, the apartment does not allow pets except those in special needs. Hope this problem will be resolved soon
To be fair, all other aspects of RG are great, but noise like this would be a hard fail. You cannot even open the window or you would hear that dog.
Edit: The dog owners should be considerate about others.

Lived there for ~9 months, early terminated to move back to south bay.
Good:
- Good price in this area
- 90% Quiet & good structure to block outside noise
- Staff is good.
- Good gym with squat machine - better than south bay ones.
Bad:
-2 inner-noise. The exhausting pipe is connected to neighbor's living room. They had a crying baby at 6am. And suddenly it became my problem and disrupted my sleep. They should either offer discount or allow people to know what family composition is in their neighbor. Imaging flying a overnight plane every night with a crying baby onboard.

My experience here living with @fvcproductions in another review has been great! I've been here for 1.5 years about. The rent is moderately high but totally reasonable in that you have all the amenities you need in-unit and a nice modern look.
The place has a gym, a rooftop shared area, a hot-tub (that's honestly usually empty), an outdoor grill, stove/washer/dryer/dishwasher in unit, etc etc. Convenient friendly and clean!

A Lovely Place to Live, With Super Service and Personnel
Rincon Green Apartments is a great place to call home. The community is extremely beautiful, well-kept and peaceful. In fact, everything is so beautiful that I felt like I lived at a resort. The staff always greet residents with a smile, are very attentive to their needs and are quick to… attend to any problems that arise. I would like to give special kudos to maintenance worker Andrew and property managers Laila and Janae. Once, I spilled laundry detergent on my apartment's carpet, and I was in a panic because I really don't like

We love living here so much that we have recently renewed our lease. Although it is not cheap to live here, we appreciate all the valuable services that this building provides, at a very reasonable rate. You… could surely get cheaper, but you will have to deal with shady landlords.
Rincon Green is run by Emerald Fund, who have the most fantastic staff: Laila and Vanessa manage the building, while Sarah and Emyli are the friendliest leasing agents around. Make sure you tell them about my review. They organize monthly get-togethers to introduce you to your neighbours. Joey and Cameron watch
