I lived at the Royale for 4 years. The front office staff is personable and great at what they do, they reply back to emails promptly and know the residents by name and apartment number. They do an awesome job at holding resident events pre and during covid to keep a positive community. Parking is not an issue in the main garage, the gate always works. The parking for other buildings has been resolved and is no longer an issue. I've never had an issue with my key fob on exterior doors or my door. The pool is kept in perfect shape. I have lived here for 1.5 years and this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I never hear my neighbors (I’m on the top floor and not in the main building) and I can’t attest to the parking issue because I have an indoor garage (which is awesome to get to your car without even going outside). The giant windows are great and I haven’t had hardly any maintenance issues to even ask for help.

I LOVE my apartment. We moved in about a month ago and i am so happy with everything. The apartment itself is so new and spacious. We have met so many nice people and the pool is amazing! They keep the property so clean and everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful! Could not recommend it enough. We have not had any issues with previously stated complaints such as parking and noise. It's very quiet, aside from the construction which is not bad at all and we are always able to find a spot outside the garage, if needed. We planned on buying a house next year, but I can see us staying here

I love this apartment it’s so clean and convenient. But the noise from above make my head hurt 😔 who would jump at 1 am in the morning 😔 I literally hear everything even when they open their doors. My walls literally make noise when the people above me walk and sometimes they run too. It’s peaceful in the day but when the night comes that’s when they are in I guess....i wait for the night like GOT waited for the winter. Because for me winter is always coming 😖

I loved living at The Royale and I miss it every-time I pass it! I never heard my neighbors, getting packages and my mail was super easy, I loved having friends over in the summer at the pool and I loved the parking garage. My apartment was right off of the elevator, so I would go straight down to the garage and come and go as I please. I would recommend The Royale and have to my friends.
