Thank you for the time you are taking to look at my website. I am really glad you are here! My name is Zoia Hadjieva. I reside with my family in beautiful Bethesda, Maryland, since 1997. Originally from Bulgaria, I possess a bachelor's degree in Preschool Pedagogies, with a major of Early Child Development.
We had our 3 (now 4) year old boy at Zoia's for about 1-1/2 years. This was his first time at a daycare, as he had been under his grandmothers or nanny care since he was born.
Zoia's daycare is a family-run affair and she and her engineer husband have detailed every aspect of the physical environment to provide the most nurturing experience possible for a child; for example, as an Architect, I immediately noticed the attention that went into the outdoor area, which is beautifully landscaped, well-equipped with stationary and mobile play items, is safe and fenced in.

I highly recommend Zoya’s Daycare. Zoya has established an environment where all the children are loved and feel safe. She is always very patient and kind with all children and makes each one feel special. It is like a home away from home.

Zoia is the kindest caring and trustworthy person you will ever meet . My children practically grew up in her house -always felt very comfortable and happy and are very fond of her to this day .
Her daycare is beautiful and Immaculate and I know she truly loves children and is one of the best people you will ever meet .As an old school mom I was very fortunate to have her take care of my kids You will not find a better person to care for your kids.

Zoia and her family took care and my son from when he was around 8 months old until he was 2. They were incredibly accommodating and nurturing with him. My son learned basic stuff like colors, and he also learned about how to get along with others. Zoia and her family are incredibly loving, flexible, and attentive. Even though my son is at a new school, we still bring him back to Zoia's when we need him and he has a blast!

My son loved Zoia's! Zoia and staff were always loving and attentive and my son loved the different activities she organized. She was always accommodating and understood if I was stuck in traffic or late picking him up. It is truly a family atmosphere and I would recommend Zoia to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing daycare!

I highly recommend Zoia's Childcare Center! My daughter attended it for about an year before transiting to school and she really enjoyed every single day spent there! She felt like "home" with Zoia and her team being so attentive and caring to her, and she met some new friends. The center itself is clean and tidy, with large outdoor space where kids can have lots of fun. Your child deserves the best, and you will definitely get it if you choose this childcare center!

My son has gone to Zoia’s for almost two years (next month) and we have had a wonderful experience! They are very accommodating and receptive to requests in regards to your child and provide a good learning environment! They care about all the child and take the time to form a bond to encourage the child to feel as comfortable with them as the feel in their own home. Highly recommend!!

I agree with the Gaithersburg review in that Zoaia's daycare is not ideal for a child in that they are not given sufficient attention and supervision. Zoaia disregarded my repeated requests not to let my toddler sleep past three in the afternoon because he would not go to sleep on time at night then. I remember coming to pick My son up at 4 and finding all the lights turned off and the beds out. For a second I thought there was a power outage. When I started with her, there were three people in total taking care of the children, Zoaia, her son and her sister. I saw the first day we arrived

My son has been at Zoia's for about a year and a half, and he has grown so much in that time! He is two years old and knows many nursery rhymes, can do some counting, and most importantly, he is kind to others. Zoia and her family have taught him wonderful social skills that allow him to interact positively with other kids. She provides both structure and play time for her students to grow. It has been a wonderful experience for us as a family!

My son went to Zoia childcare for more than 2 years. He loved it there! he was so excited to go every day and sometimes refused to come home. He calls her Tata Zoia :) He loves Ms. Veneta and Mr. Tony who are so friendly and patient with my son.
Zoia childcare feels like home and safe and very accommodating. I never found a place like Zoia after moved to VA.

I wanted to voice to you how wonderful the staff is. Teacher Zoia, Vene and Toni are wonderful, caring and loving. I just think they are so awesome. I always tell people that it is rare to find a place where the staff does not change much over the years. Zoia just does an amazing job. The teachers listen to my concerns always and answer all of my questions. They have taken time to help my child transition well into their center. They are just the best. My daughter was incredibly happy at Zoia's Childcare Center for over one-and-a-half years. Zoia and her staff take such good care of the kids, and give each child so much special care and attention. They are incredibly loving and the child's happiness is of utmost importance to the staff. The space is beautiful and impeccably cared for, and there are so many toys, books, and games to choose from. We could not have been happier with the care our daughter received at Zoia's Childcare Center!!

My daughter who is age 3 is attending Zoia's Childcare for several months. She feels very relaxed there and considers the children and the teachers Ms.Zoia, Ms.Raya and Mr.Toni "her friends".

Zoia's Childcare Center is over the top in child care my two nieces were always changing from babysitter to babysitter because they were these fussy little girls who would not stay still until we met Zoia they have become very happy and I think they enjoy going to this daycare because I have never seen them wake up from their nap times to go to daycare.

I have two children (under 1 and a 3 year old) who attend Zoia's childcare center. I looked at multiple daycare centers in the North Bethesda area and I found this place the best value for the quality of care. The location is very convenient, hours are extremely flexible (open during snow days!), and the center itself is bright, clean, and fun. The kids are always having a great time when we show up. And since the center is run by Zoia and her family, you feel like your kids are with a very loving and kind extension of your own family.

Childcare is such a tough decision as you are putting all faith of your child's well being into the hands of another that you only get to interview. When looking for my child's care I had several things that were important to me. I wanted an environment that was diverse, loving, had a feeling of "home" and an environment that would prepare my son for kindergarten. We chose Zoia's because of all these reasons. We were very fortunate in the time we were there as a group of children all my son's age had the chance to grow up together in those 4 years. Strong bonds

Just wanted to share our bit of experience with Zoia's daycare. We have sent both of our kids, now 8 and 10 years old to Zoia's. She and her family welcomed the kids with an open heart and treated them like thier own. There was plenty of hugging and cuddling to go around: my son at the time 8 months of age had a bit of a transition to make from home to a new place, so for a while Zoia's sons were caring him around and letting him nap on their chest for comfort. Zoia and her family love children and truly make them feel at home and cared for.
