Dr. Robinson received her dental degree in 1999 from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Biology.Following dental school, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Baylor. In 2000, she relocated to Chicago and served as a clinical faculty member at The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry.

Preventive Care dentistry is the ongoing care used to prevent the occurrence of tooth decay and other dental diseases. At Robinson Dentistry, we view preventive dentistry as a total program aimed at avoiding problems.
At Robinson Dentistry, we want to get the complete picture, that's why all of our patients receive comprehensive diagnostic procedures. Oral Examinations allow us to examine the teeth, gums, soft tissues inside and outside your mouth, as well as the functioning of the jaw. We recommend an appointment every six months to check for signs of tooth decay and remove dental plaque that you may have missed.

I Love Dr Robinson and all the support staff. My husband and I have been seeing them for years and have referred multiple folks who have all had great experiences too.
I am a very nervous patient. Hey, Im British so its probably a pre disposition . Everyone does a great job at making my visit pleasant.
Today I even had a filling done with no gas or medication. (That's a big deal for me) and the process was both fast and comfortable.

I moved to East Dallas 6 years ago and was concerned I wouldn't be able to find a dentist that matched the one I used in Austin. As it turns out, Dr Robinson's practice was just 3 miles away, and equal to or better than my long time favorite. She excels at using every technique available to place patients at ease. I don't have dental fears, but the effort and focus she places on comfort and removing anxiety is obvious. She also listens. I metabolize local anesthesia FAST. Clearly Robinson Dentistry has a process failure regarding cancellations.
To Dr. Robinson: if your office policy requires patients to confirm appointments or the appointment will be canceled, out of courtesy, you should inform your patients that is your process. To be clear, no where on your messaging does it state my appointment would be canceled if I did not confirm.
I received an email, "This is a friendly reminder that your family upcoming appointments are scheduled for 3/23/2021 at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.".
I also received a text message the day before my appointment, "We

We have been patients of Dr Dena Robinson for about 5 years now. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our dental care. She's wonderful- smart, attentive, warm friendly staff that has been with her forever! The office seems to have all the latest equipment and it's spotless clean. Bonus- the new office is GORGEOUS,and parking is at the front door. Really, it doesn't get any better than this!

I've been meaning to write this review for weeks. I've never made a review for a dentist before, but I truly could not be happier with Robinson Dental. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. They're all genuinely friendly. All of their forms are signed digitally, so no paper waste. I love that! Speaking of no paper waste, they keep a basket of dry washcloths in the restroom for drying your hands that you then toss into the used washcloth basket underneath. I admittingly have not been to the dentist in years. This is the best experience I've ever had. Not only was every single person extremely friendly but not once did I feel like I was being judged. They were so helpful and encouraging. Dr. Robinson was so easy to talk to and so positive about my future. Candace was so sweet and helpful. Michelle was an amazing and gentle hygienist. My cleaning was as quick and painless as one could hope for and being able to watch Netflix while being worked on could be my favorite thing ever.

Best dentist I have ever had! I've been going here for 5 years and always received great treatment. Helpful reminders are sent to your iPhone and put on calendar. For those with a busy schedule, this is a great feature.

I am not a big fan of dentists, like at ALL. However, I had a great experience. Have you ever changed dentists and found yourself telling others about the dentist? I have most certainly not done that, like ever! I also found myself saying: 'Is it possible to say a dentist was too thorough?' After leaving here, I felt like all of my other dentists weren't doing a good job. Weird.
The office is beautiful, the staff was super nice and even took into consideration my dental-phobia! They have earned my business for sure!

I love everyone at the office! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. I had some work done today and did not even feel the shots. That is a first! I was also very impressed after my first visit I got a hand written note from Dr. Robinson. I am so happy my insurance changed and I had to find someone new. I would highly recommend Dr. Robinson.

Great first visit. Scheduling went well, directions were good, reception area clean & professional. Candiss ran the reception area well.
Michelle is an excellent hygienist, friendly & thorough. She answered all my questions. The practice has modern equipment. This was my first time getting to see the pictures of all my teeth on a large monitor. I was impressed. Teeth are feeling good, post cleaning.
Dr. Robinson & Michelle worked well together. They answered all my questions, pointed out areas to keep an eye on. They took the time to welcome me and gave me the straight deal

I've had three appointments at Robinson Dentistry now, and considering I had to get some painful deep cleaning done, they have all been great! The staff is wonderful. Candiss, at the front, is very friendly and makes the front end experience wonderful.
Zara, the dental hygienist, is absolutely the best! She makes sure I am comfortable and does great work. They even have a TV installed on the ceiling where you can watch Netflix and Hulu!
Dr. Robinson has been nothing but professional and friendly!

The staff is very nice, and they really take the effort to get to know you. Any issue I've had has been met with professionalism and courtesy.
I'm even undergoing Invisalign treatment through her, and I'm nearing the end and I'm so excited about the way my teeth are looking! (I had braces before but of course I never wore my retainer...stupid me).
