Beautiful location in west Omaha. These apartments are newer with nice finishes, in unit washer and dryer, a lovely clubhouse and pool, and more. I’ve lived here for about 2 yrs now.
Unfortunately, the management here has been consistently bad. The management company changed in 2021 but has not improved. The management here have told bold faces lies to myself and other residents. The pool was closed last summer by Douglas County health department for failing to meet minimal standards of safety. Myself and others have been told many times that staff are “working on” an issue, with no updates

Vantage at Stone Creek has been awesome to work with! Alan and his crew are very professional, easy to reach, and always willing to help. If you are looking for great apartments to live in, then look no further. The apartments are clean and well kept upon move in, and once again the staff is great to work with. I would highly recommend living here.

Definitely nice rooms and good staff, no problems there. Quality apartments. The two things I have a problem with however are maintenance and packages. I wouldn’t trust your packages, they are always lost or stolen. As for maintenance, my oven was broken when I first moved in, it has been two months and they haven’t fixed it. They looked at it after A few weeks of me asking them to, and all they did was tell me they can’t even fix it. Not impressed. Everything else is fine though.

Love this place and love the management team. The property manager Alan is always so pleasant and great to work with. Not to mention that he bends over backwards to take care of us tenants.
The apartments themselves are luxurious, the other tenants are quiet and friendly, it’s very safe here and the dog-friendly amenities literally can’t be found anywhere elsewhere. Highly, highly recommend!!

By far one of the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. It’s a little more expensive, but you really pay for the quality. Apartments have really good floor plans, with good usage of space. A studio still feels like a lot of space. The front office is always super helpful and knows me by name every time I call or come into the office. It’s gated and has a very nice dog park. Overall has been a great place to live.

I have been in the service for 19 years, stayed in many apartments during that time. Vantage has been our home for a year now. Can’t say enough positive things about the complex. Maintenance is always available to help. Management is competent and easy to work with. My children love the school district. Honestly if I had to choose an apartment over again I would choose to live here. Plus the pool is as amazing as the photos suggest, which I know isn’t always the case!!

Becky was SO helpful going above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable with the lease and move-in process. She was available anytime I needed help or had questions and never made me feel like an inconvenience. The property is always clean and overall a great place to live. Highly recommend Becky and the whole Vantage team!

My apartment is just what I wanted after owning a home and downsizing. Things I thought needed attention have been improved and fixed by friendly, knowledgeable maintenance personnel. The friendly office personnel are truly interested in me and very helpful. I Recommend Vantage at Stone Creek apartments to anyone looking for a new home.
