My wife and I have called the Trails home for several years, but are moving on to a house so I though it would be worthwhile to give our thoughts. If I could give a 3.5 score I would. However, since I cannot I am rounding up rather than down because the positive does outweigh the negative. The staff here deserves their own score (5+ stars) but we have to lump it all into one score, so here we go. Beginning with the positive:
The staff. Both the maintenance team and the office staff are absolutely phenomenal. Your problems are typically taken care of quickly, the office staff are professional,

I have thoroughly enjoyed my home here. The office staff have always been very cheerful and happy to assist me in any way. The one time I needed maintenance help the maintenance staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I see them on the premises they always speak and inquire about myself and if everything is going well. It is a quiet and clean premises.

I just moved out of Trails, but I thoroughly enjoyed the year I lived there. The office staff is very kind and maintenance is quick and efficient. The apartments are large compared to a lot in Chattanooga, especially for the price. It’s in a great area not too far from your staples like Food City and Walmart, and I love how it’s very wooded. I would’ve stayed longer had life not had different circumstances!!

Applied for an apartment before viewing it bc they didn’t have one available to view. They told us to go ahead and apply. When we finally looked at it, it was INFESTED with German Roaches and incredibly dirty. When I talked to the property manager about the cleanliness she simply replied, “yea, our cleaners aren’t the best.” There was no way we were going to move in after seeing how they clean and take care of their apartments, especially with the infections of roaches. They should have taken care of this!! We of course decided to not move in with the filthiness and poor upkeep and therefore
