During my most recent visit to the community office I went to discuss last months rent as I was a bit late. I was pleasantly surprised when the community manager informed me about the new portal they were using for online payments, as I was not aware this was available. I took the opportunity to meet the new manager, she seemed pleasant enough to deal with; however, now that I know about the portal I don't think I will need to be there very often. Overall pleasant experience.

Thanks to Tracie and her devotion as property manager, my move in experience was seamless. Her and her team have gone above and beyond to assist me when needed. Tracie has even been so gracious to answer calls and reply back to emails after hours. You will not find that anywhere else.
Throughout my experience as a renter, most properties lack in “customer service”. Property staff work their designated hours and provide sub par service to their tenants and the property. On the contrary, The Place On Jentilly is a smaller sized community with a greater attention to the well-being of its tenants

We moved into the "The Place on Jentilly" last week. We found the property to be clean and very well maintained. The floor plan is very spacious. The 2 car tandem garage works out nicely and has plenty of extra room for storage. The Property Manager was very helpful and made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a Townhome to rent in Tempe or near ASU you should certainly take a look.

As one of the first residents here, I would mostly agree with the comments from Alec & Chase.
Besides all the quality issues they mentioned on the floor or wall, their management is really frustrating. First of all, the complex changed management at least three times since I moved in. A notice was sticked on our front door saying management was changed and suddenly all the contact and website we used to pay rent had to be changed EVERY TIME.
What triggers me to write this comment is the COMPLETE ABSENCE of the recent manager. Our washer was down since two months ago, and now the issue is still
