Overall I am very happy with the apartment. However, there are some discrepancies that I have. First off, all the light switch wiring throughout the apartment is not done correctly. Every room has the default 2 switch light switch but, in every room, all the wiring is hooked up to one single light switch. My second problem has to deal with the internet capabilities in the apartment. The Ranch at Ridgeview offers a decent internet plan included in the total rent cost, yet there are no hardline ethernet ports in the entire apartment. Extremely incompetent management that has changed at least seven or eight times in my three year tenure here. They over work their maintenence to handle major issues that need professional attention. They never take responsibility for the outdated patch work they do on the upkeep of their units. They contractor workers to make repairs based on nepotism not merit. I have lived in two different units giving this complex the benefit of the doubt that the constant issue would be resolved. They are still ongoing every person that I have encountered during my tenure here have had the same issues I have

My husband and I have lived here for less than a year so far. We love the location and amnesties. The pool area is great for relaxing and cooling off during the summer. The gym is also very nice and convenient to use and usually not too crowded. We love the dog park where our dog can play. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly also.
