It has been an absolutely wonderful 2 years here and I'm sad to be leaving but I'm very thankful me and my roommate were able to get an apartment this nice despite our ages. Lori has been a delight every step of the way and has always been ready to help whenever we need it. If things don't work out as planned for the future I would absolutely come right back here if it comes down to it. Thanks for being so great!

I have lived at Sunridge for 4 years and it has been an excellent place to call home. The apartments are quiet, clean, and well maintained. The landlord Lori is amazing! She has always been responsive and quick to handle anything that came up and she has always been courteous. I strongly recommend Sunridge to any hardworking and respectful individuals looking for a good place in Lincoln.

I currently reside at these apartments. Very good location with easy access to major streets & shopping. The apartments are well & regularly maintained, and lot of good features. Good quality apartment interior and appliances, and common areas routinely cleaned. Secure access, pool, etc. Ms. Lori is an awesome property manager - very hard working, professional, courteous, extremely helpful, and prompt - all with a smile! Great apartments!!! Very affordable!! Huge rooms with a lot of closet space. Amenities (the pool and workout room) are always kept clean and the grounds are maintained. Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues. The apartment manager Lori the property manager os awesome!! The only reason we are moving is because we bought a house otherwise I would not live anywhere else!!
