This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and a peaceful place to call "home". Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I’m living at a resort.
The entire staff always greets you with a smile. They are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. 🙂

Unit is very spacious and fairly clean. When I moved in the front burners on my stove weren't working and my air conditioning unit needed to be serviced. But maintenance crew was quick to help me out and they were very nice. Everyone in the front office was nothing but courteous to me and were willing to help me in any way they could. The amenities here are amazing. I've only been living here a few days now but I'm really excited about living here.

Update: Can you believe my washer didn't work, like I said it didn't. It only took them 3 weeks to replace!
I debated posting this review, but my fire/CO2 alarm just went off again after I submitted a maintenance request and it was marked as completed. That's a common theme living here: disorganization and messiness. Prepare to submit multiple requests and to be gaslighted that there isn't a problem with whatever you're submitting a request for. The main attraction to living here, though, are the cockroaches. Your unit will be infested before you move in and the leasing office will not have a

My lease is nearly up. I have never been more happy to leave a living situation. I purchased my first home in Baton Rouge. However, due to situations beyond my control (I am a previous victim of identity theft) I asked to stay a few days beyond my lease. I had to wait an additional week with only 1 day in between move ins. I live in Building 16. It is riddled with drug deals and use. It is definitely not a safe environment or children. Yet, I've paid the entire month of rent and don't expect a deposit in return. I've honored my lease and paid every month on time.

First I would like to say that from the day I decided to tour I knew this was where I wanted to call “ home “ not only are the staff members hard working but they do the very best that they can to assist us in any way possible . No , it’s not perfect, nothing is ! When I first moved in there were a few BIG roaches but after I cleaned , set the temperature , called and asked if they could send someone out I’ve had no more bug problems .. Due to reasons beyond my control ( bad car accident ) there are times where I pay Kate and they’re always willing to work with me it’s just a matter

I have lived here twice at different points in my life and both times my experience has been pleasant. I love the town home I have now. Quiet neighbors, private patio, and plenty of space to walk my dog. You can't beat the location. It's close to the interstate and there are many different stores/restaurants in the shopping center right next to the complex. Including my favorite grocery store, ROUSES! The staff is great and always friendly! Maintenance and grounds are on point!
