Google will only allow me to leave one review per account so I'm updating my review on 10/7/2021. Today I had a AC leak from a vent on the ceiling. My service request was fulfilled by Brandon Hurd again. You can tell this man is a hard worker and very professional. He fixed my leaky vent the same day I put in the service request! Amazing! Thanks again, Brandon!
My electronic garage key device was out of batteries and after a service call, the batteries were replaced within a couple days! Brandon, the guy who helped me, was super polite and professional.

The management kept sending emails about tree trimming, and I looked at the attached map to make sure of the areas that were going to be impacted. I didn't see anything close to my unit mentioned.
Now, they are cutting down my tree! I have ZERO shade on the East side whatsoever. It is baking hot in my kitchen, which, incidentally, has no A/C vents. I called the office to see why they were taking this particular tree down, and they said because is was "diseased or dying." (Clearly it wasn't) Or, they said, it was damaging property. I have been living here for over 3 years now, it’s a beautiful community to live in (except occasional water shut down). I can feel the difference, how maintenance work has improved. It use to take lot of time couple of years back, but now it has improved a lot. Had some issues with plumbing and Brandon was super quick to fix the problem. Thank you so much Brandon Hurd and Boulder creek management.

Maintenance team is proficient, and responsive longest I’ve waited for assistance after making a standard MX request was a day. Brandon specifically gets things done in a timely manner, and he’s always polite. Only reason I knocked it down a star is the semi frequent water shut offs, but the front office has been on top of notifying people in advance lately.

I would really like to thank Boulder Creek for finally taking into consideration all of the reviews of their tenants and taking action to change things. Within the last month I have experienced a change in maintenance that I appreciate so much. A special thanks to Brandon for getting my maintenance job done and completed all in the same day. I honestly have not experienced any of the bad things some other reviewers have talked about here. I've been living at Boulder Creek for over a year now, and have not had any problems. The apartment is nice and it's a decent price with flexible leasing periods (although I know the price does vary depending on when you begin your lease). I have made several maintenance requests and they have all been fulfilled in a professional and timely manner based on the urgency of the issue. The staff has always been nice and I've never found myself not able to contact them. Overall I'm really happy with my
