Pretty nice size units. Have had additional fees added to my account due to office errors they refused to fix. Also. Maintenance is nosey. I have witnessed them walk up and look inside of occupied units and drive around in golf carts, behind apartments units in unpacked areas and look into windows. Maintenance requests do get fixed pretty fast.

We've been living here for 3 years and we are very happy. It is a very nice, clean and quiet property. Is a very good location and has a fence all around the property which makes it safer than other apartment complex and the best place for families with children.
Recently they got new management, and the new manager and staff are very kind and very professionals and always willing to help their tenants.
Also, maintenance requirements are solved fast.
I just renewed my lease again, for the second time!!!

Great staff, always clean, knew since the time i stepped in the office to apply that it was going to be a great memory to live here. Great spot right across the Duck Creek park, which by the way is a great view to wake up to and even go exercise either time of the day. The apartment is also really nice and peaceful and pest free.

I’ve lived here for a month now and it’s been great. I have the three bedroom and it’s a good size. Only issues are with the painters, they painted everything and then closed every cabinet so the paint has been peeling off of everything since I moved in other than that it really has been a good place to live. Not ever loud and really not that much going on during the day or night.

Please reconsider if you thinking of signing a lease here. The new mgmt company (in particular the prop mgr) is rigid, rude and unhelpful. My mother has lived here for over 10 years and our recent experiences with the property manager was not pleasant. I have never had an experience like this with a property manager before and I'm very disappointed in how the manager/mgmt company handled a recent rent situation, that was no fault of my mom.

I am very happy & at home here. The office staff are courteous, accommodating, & efficient. The maintenance guys are also courteous, quick to take care of requests, and hard workers! The grounds are lovely, there is a feeling of a quiet neighborhood, and my neighbors are nice. Priscilla, the manager is amazing!!
