I've lived at Providence Row for a year and I loved it when I first arrived. The amenities were beautiful and well worth the price. However, as I stayed longer, I had multiple concerns come up. For starters, someone broke into my vehicle when it was parked in the parking garage. I called the office to see if they could check cameras, so I could complete a police report. They refused to help me and never returned my calls. Next, I was in my apartment bathroom undressed and a group of 4-5 men walked in on me naked. I was not notified that they were stopping by. No knock at the door or phone

There is no referral bonus. Referred a friend who moved in 4-5 months ago and we both still have not received a referral bonus. One referral bonus for me referring her, and one for her as new resident bonus for moving in. So don’t believe it, went to the leasing office several times spoke with Mariam and was told “they don’t know when the bonus will be given and there is no time frame”. Unbelievable.

Providence row has been nothing short of a great experience. Raquel in the leasing office helped us through our change of home, her and every one of the office staff we have met have been accommodating and hospitable and treated us as if we were in their own personal home. the amenities speak for themselves, the cleanliness of the whole property exceeds expectations, the community events and sense of involvement they give is amazing. my bf and I moved here in Jan '21 after living at Southpark morrison (horrid) and this place is an absolute breath of fresh air. we dropped in unexpectedly several

We renewed our lease to our "premium" floor plan late last year. Conveniently, we were not told anything about a major demolition and construction that was to start right behind our unit. Our balcony is unusable because of dust and noise. As you can see, the view from our unit outside is nothing close to "luxury" and justifying the cost. I was told the construction will continue for at least another year or more.
The smoke alarm was removed over 1 year ago because they could never find out the cause of it going off day or night after replacing all the units and batteries

I moved in almost a year ago and have sadly seen it go down hill. The carpets are dirty, the hallways smell like pot, we haven't had a barista in months, the construction crews start making noise very early.
The maintenance crew is very friendly and has done a great job when I have needed things repaired, but the management in the office is unresponsive.

I absolutely love this apartment complex and the area. I love that we have so many events and so many opportunities to meet our neighbors and get to know the staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming which is a huge bonus! We have access to grills, a pool, saunas, hot tubs, game room, bars, and monthly events... I'm pretty sure we live in a resort.

Providence Row is a great place to live. The maintenance is incredible. Travis is awesome. Recently, he provided help to me with an issue. He was kind, considerate and accommodating. His attitude and willingness to help is an outstanding reflection on Providence Row as a whole. The accommodations here are very nice but, what really stands out are the people, like Travis, who work here to make it a fun, safe, easy community to be a part of. Job well done!

My wife and I are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is kept clean. The area and amenities are fantastic!

Phenomenal apartment that has continued to completely exceed my husband and I's expectation. As a growing family, this community truly meets our needs during this particular life chapter, which is unbelievably rare in terms of location (minutes from south park), construction (a fairly new building), and security. I recently moved down from the north and had to relocate in a very small window of time. The leasing manager, Raquel, made sure everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. I can not thank her enough for the additional attention given to me during my move-in and making sure all my needs were met.
The amenities, naturally, is a great selling point for this complex, but the staff is exceptional as well! I would highly recommend this apartment for young professionals and for those seeking excellent standard of living.

I've been holding out on this review for a while, but, it's finally time now as it's almost 10pm and my fire alarm is going off waking up my sleeping children because of a completely avoidable issue of water that's been leaking out of my ceiling FOR OVER A MONTH unrepaired!!
I alerted them about visible water damage on the ceiling over a month ago (and so did the PRIOR resident of my unit) and it was "remedied" by painting over the damage multiple times, then finally opening up the ceiling after 3+ paint-jobs didn't work, then disappearing for over a week until it starting dripping again, and

Very friendly management and leasing team, immaculate residence and lounge areas. Dog friendly and very accommodating. Their maintenance staff are wonderful as well. Prompt, efficient, helpful and very friendly. They try their hardest to ensure everything is exceptionally maintained at all times. We've enjoyed the wonderful gym and spa facility on a daily basis. The grounds are kept impeccably clean and are gorgeous. Very close to shopping and several grocery stores. Very comfortable living here.
