Hi my name is Gary I been here I believe since 2020,of July I believe have no problems here pretty quiet here everyone is nice , management is awesome very professional and kind , maintenance crew is very kind and professional also ,nice clean quiet place to live I would recommend anyone to live at Rosewood apartments

This place is honestly horrible. Management is very unreliable and untrustworthy, they say one thing and do another. My friend has been trying to leave the apartment she is in for a month now due to the unhealthy living space she is in and they are making her pay twice more than she should be paying. Her neighbors are absolutely rude and loud. All in all a horrible environment to live in.

Moving to this complex next month. So far my experience has been super pleasant. I'm so excited to make our apartment a home. The location is perfect if you need to catch a bus or go shopping. Danielle is fantastic, super friendly and very much available for questions durring this move in process. Definitely recommend so far.

Today is move in day for me! I am so excited to be able to call Rosewood my home for the next year after couch hopping for the last few months. I have been searching all over Spokane for an affordable apartment and was only met with rude customer service from property managers. I was ghosted countless times, no one answered the phone or emailed back. I was so frustrated and was practically on the verge of giving up and moving back in with my parents. About a month ago I went into the Rosewood office at three minutes before closing on a Friday and Victor, one of the maintenance guys, opens the door

My sister and I just moved in this past Sunday. Danielle is super amazing and very helpful to us .This is our first apartment and she made us feel very welcome. She made moving in as easy and stress free as possible. We are very grateful for everything she did for us. All the horrendous things here are a direct reflection of terrible management. The manager since spring of 2014 is the WORST in all of Rosewood history. Coleen Moses is an embarrassment as a manager. Her incompetence is mind blowing. She's unethical and she lies right to your face, all so that she can get that extra commission check! My advice to everyone living there with issues is to start making every complain straight to Pinnacle in Seattle! Hold her feet to the fire! She deserves to be fired!
