Jackson was incredibly helpful when I came to tour Ore82! He was very knowledgeable and showed me apartments that met the exact criteria I was looking for. Over the next few days, he followed up with a video of a an apartment with a terrace since he knew I wanted that and there weren't any apartments with terraces available to tour. Overall, Jackson made me feel welcomed and like Ore82 would make a wonderful home!

I have been here for a month, and I am very satisfied with living here. The leasing staff and concierge service are extremely helpful and nice! I had a bit of a chaotic move-in but Patrick was very accommodating. The people who live here are also very nice! Only complaint is that the walls are kind of thin. Not too bad to where I can hear my neighbors talking but I can hear their music. This mostly becomes an issue on the weekend though.

Leasing agent (on Saturday 23 JAN at 12pm ) did not dignify herself to inform us that our scheduled appointment to view an apartment was canceled. Extremely unprofessional and rude. She showed zero leadership by sending the concierge to inform us, despite us being able to see her from her aquarium-like office. If Ore 82's leasing agents are just props for no customer service, I believe she did us a favor and the Ore 82's parent company a disservice.

We moved into Ore 82 and its been a great experience. When we ran into some initial issues with our unit, the staff was incredibly accommodating and went far above the call of duty to help make it feel like home. Maintenance staff is quick and responsive, and the facilities are top notch. It is Navy Yard, so understand that there is plenty of construction going on, but this property is among the best around.

I recently moved in and am SO happy to be living here! The management team and concierge staff, amenities, rooftop, and the apartment itself--it just doesn't get better. Everything is clean and run efficiently; my move-in process was very smooth as well. I'm also really happy to be a short walk away from the Navy Yard metro. My only regret is not moving here sooner!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I can't wait to leave this place. From the 30 different concierge temps that they have working the front desk who are never at the desk to assist, to the coffee machine broke every morning, to the shady leasing staff to the extra unnecessary fees that they add to your account. This place needs a whole new management team to come in and just do everything over. Cannot wait to leave.

This is a gorgeous high-end building, and the only reason we're not moving forward with an application is because we found something we liked more. That being said, I would have no objections to living here whatsoever.
The lobby is beautiful with one of those indoor glass firepit things and luxe decor. The apartments we saw were quite aesthetically pleasing as well, with gray faux-wood flooring, modern gray bathroom tiling (f*ck that white bathroom tiling where you can see every speck of grime between cleanings), and what I considered to be nice appliances

I've only been living in Ore 82 for a week but so far the experience has been great. The leasing office was easy to work with and made my application and move-in process very smooth. The front desk was also extremely helpful on my move in day and has been helpful thus far whenever I've had a question about my new residence. I love my apartment and the amenities and I look forward to seeing if my opinion remains the same as I get settled in.

Just moved in and already love living here!! The building and amenities are amazing; love having an onsite gym and bike room and the views from the rooftop are AMAZING!! The staff and maintenance are super friendly and very responsive. Great location, have already walked all over Navy Yard and biked around DC. Only complaint is the parking onsite is super expensive so I've resorted to zone street parking, which is sometimes annoying trying to find a spot.

I have called ORE82 home for 1 month now. The location is unbeatable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. 2 Metro stations within a few blocks is unrivaled and allows you to chose between 4 lines (SV, BL, OR or GR). I can't wait to enjoy the rooftop pool in a few months (maybe sooner - come on Summer). Its a new building so still a few "kinks" to work out (get your mind out of the gutter people) - but overall - so far so good.

I just moved in and I must say, I may never move out! The building is beautiful and in an awesome up and coming location in DC! There are many good eats around the area and it's also between 2 Metro stations which is super convenient. The building service is amazing! The concierge team is so nice and always helpful! I highly recommend ORE 82 for those looking for an elegant and convenient place to live in DC!
