I’m so happy I chose to live at Mayfair Flats! Not only is it a prime location but it’s a beautiful community. I’ve had nothing but top-notch interactions with Allie and Shelby in the office as well! They have always been on top of communication with me. I had a few minor maintenance things I needed taken care of after I moved in and they made sure everything was tended to immediately. Don’t look anywhere else. This is the place!

We recently moved in this last January and we have love every single minute of it . Not only are the apartments up to date and spacious . They are centrally located to everything in Wilmington . Also, the amenities are a huge plus and staff that work at the apartments are super nice and helpful. I defiantly recommend Mayfair Flats to anyone .

I have enjoyed living here due to the proximity to Mayfaire. So many shops and restaurants located within a mile is great. I feel very safe in this complex. The interior of my apartment is very nice - shaker cabinets, quartz counters, a great layout, huge walk in closet, giant bathroom, etc. Maintenance has generally been quick to fix my issues. The office staff are very friendly. I took away one star because there are not many resident events compared to other places I have lived/ seen posting online, and I had a mold problem in the early summer (probably mainly due to Wilm NC being a humid climate

My boyfriend and I moved into Mayfaire Flats in January and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made! The apartment is honestly the cutest and most up to date, affordable apartment that we’ve found in Wilmington. It’s centrally located to everything! Our neighbors are quiet and it’s overall a friendly place to be! Also, there’s always people walking their dogs which is probably my favorite thing since we love to walk our dog so she can make friends! Definitely consider Mayfaire Flats if you’re looking for a place to live!

The community is clean, the grounds are well kept. The office staff is super nice and friendly. Taylor was extremely helpful in making our move smooth. She’s always been so helpful and so friendly.
There were a few things tat needed to be fixed in the apartment and they were fixed expeditiously and the maintenance people were so polite and professional.
I feel very comfortable living here, I am always kept informed of any events going on. I feel safe and at home.

Beautiful apartments and they keep the grounds manicured nicely. The front office and facilities staff are always ready to help; they are courteous and professional, yet friendly at the same time. You never feel like you are interrupting their day. They are quick to respond to issues and keep us updated on changes due to weather, maintenance, etc. Great location near a lot of amenities (stores, restaurants, gas, etc.), but quiet living here.

Love this place! Newest and nicest apartments near Wrightsville Beach for a lot of reasons: Two clubhouses and pools, easy proximity to Mayfaire shopping and business such as Castle Branch, Tek Mountain, banks, grocery, Starbuckd etc. Yet in a quiet location just off Military Cutoff. Lots of amenities, granite countertops, modern decor, and elevators to different floors. Taylor, Sydney and Erin are easy to work with and helpful.

Erin, the manager, missed another opportunity to be nice and helpful. Saturday, I went to Urgent Care because I was in excruciating pain. After they reviewed my xrays, they sent me by ambulance to NHRMC where a surgeon was standing by.
Since my only family member on this coast lives two hours away, he couldn't get here fast enough to pick up a key before I went into surgery. I also had to call my kitty sitter, who also lives two hours away, to stay at my house.
I called the office and explicitly said to give either or both of them gate fobs and door keys. I even offered

Beautiful, new apartments with secured entryways. We were in a time crunch to get moved in after the hurricane displaced us. The team there expedited everything and made move-in a seamless process.
Neighbors are mostly young, working professionals with lots of dogs (which we love). Quiet location, yet close to so much. No complaints here... happy to call this home.
