STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible complex with horrible customer service. Mold growing through the unit and they would not fix it, there is also evidence that they painted over some mold. Have had bad allergies and health issues ever since moving in because of the mold and they don’t care. They said to open a window to keep it ventilated… in the winter! Would not move us apartments either unless we forked over another $400 a month for a smaller unit. Do not believe anything they say. Horrible place to live!

We stayed at StonePointe Apartments briefly during a transition to a new duty station. The staff here was amazing and supportive to military.
Jamie was my point of contact from the very beginning and she was always helpful and prompt to return emails. Every time she went above and beyond to help out.
The apartment complex was safe, well-maintained and located in a convenient location.

I moved in about a week ago and thus far have had a great experience. Jamie made the experience of doing all the necessary move in paperwork easy- and I was moving from out of state. The community is quiet, especially at night. I put it a work order recently and it was completed the same day. The maintenance worker was super nice and helpful. Thus far, I would say this is the most well managed apartment I’ve lived in and I’ve been renting for about 10 years!

We came in to view a three bedroom unit, however, they did not have any available. Jamie the leasing manager took us in the golf cart to the area of where the three bedrooms are, just to show us, if one does become available before September.
We felt that the property was safe and very clean. We definitely appreciated her attention to detail when reviewing the property.

I have been a tenant at StonePointe for going on three years now. It's been a wonderful experience for me. So quiet, peaceful. It being summer now, I wake up to bird songs and go to bed to frogs croaking... great setting for meditation and just to relax. Throughout all the seasons I have found nothing but peace. Occasionally there is work being done but that's understandable. How reassuring to know that all staff is conscientious about making sure we have what we need and everything is well kept.
