I just moved in July of this year. I have been so blown away by the sense of community and the kindness of the staff at this complex. In particular, Lindsey especially went out of her way last week to help me on the computer in the office with a personal resume I was working on. Her helpfulness and kindness meant so much to me and reassured my decision of choosing to live here! The complex is beautiful, the pool is huge, and I love that they have a dog park on sight. The maintenance staff are also beyond responsive and incredible. You can’t walk around this place without someone smiling and saying

Moved here from Parkside downtown Birmingham. Wanted a change and new scenery and boy was Lane Parke not exactly where I wanted to be. The grounds and the green grass are always kept up and looking great. The residents are super friendly and there are always kids and families out enjoying the nice community. It is definitely a community feel. Everyone is friendly and social. Katie helped me get situated and find my perfect apartment, and it was such a delight seeing Star here. They are both great and Lindsey is always smiling and eager to please! I highly recommend this community if you are looking

Let me just say: I use to be a realtor, and I am a savvy finance kinda guy.
This place has a steep price compared to most of Birmingham but it is worth every single cent. The management here is absolutely stellar and has been stellar for 6 years solid. Katie is an absolute delight in every way, and she works hard to make sure you are happy. Starr is an absolutely fantastic manager in every way and extremely responsive/personable, and honestly, she really really cares that you are having a good experience.
The property is just breathtaking. Beautiful courtyards

I am super happy with my decision to make Lane Parke my new home! I have been very pleased with the style of home, the location of the home and the view from the home. I overlook the village view and it's great. I am perfectly located nearby to the shopping and dining and I and so excited for the supermarket to reopen. I enjoy the activities and the community as well as the neighborhood.
