This place is amazing! There are beautiful, brand new apartments, with open concept designs. Amenities, resort-style feel. Maintenance and the leasing office have been beyond amazing with questions, concerns, and communication. They have gone above and beyond any expectations I possibly could have had. I love living here! The community is so peaceful and safe. I love all the amenities that the property has to offer and have heard our amenities are even better than the Eastmark clubhouse. There is steadfast farm within walking distance to purchase farm fresh goods and a coffee truck too! I do have to say that the staff members are really what makes living here amazing. Carrie, Janelle and Vassili all have been so helpful and hands on with the entire process from the application, to moving in and any extra things needed like maintenance get handled. They are wonderful to work with and The Premiere

The staff here is amazing! We original were trying to rent from a different property down the street…little to say we were not impressed in any aspect how things were ran.
I contacted The Premier at Eastmark and I can’t thank Vassili enough for all his help and being so responsive. It was so nice for him to keep me in the loop and helped making this move less

We have lived here for about a year and we love it! We moved from MN to AZ and needed a place to live before our home being built is completed. From the get go, the staff was super helpful in finding us a unit quickly and answered any questions we have had. Any issues or concerns we’ve ever had are addressed super quickly and the communication has been great! We love our unit and how updated the style and appliances are. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The Premiere at Eastmark has an amazing staff. Including the maintenance staff. Chris from maintenance is amazing and always willing to help and answer questions. Great handyman. Always has a smile on his face and he keeps the pool looking like a 5* resort pool. Carrie is phenomenal and helpful. Always attentive to mine and my families needs. Janel is a sweetheart and very helpful. The location is AMAZING... literally everything is about 10 or so minutes away from you. You have choices...Gilbert, Mesa or/and Queen creek to do your shopping. This place is pet friendly and family friendly... There

My husband and I moved in on April 1st and had a very easy time getting situated. The two bedroom apartment is large with plenty of room along with very nice granite counter tops and grey laminate wood throughout the whole apartment.The amenities are well kept including the pool and large hot tub (even after massive dust storms). The staff in the office is not only attentive but extremely patient and understanding. Janelle & Vassili have been extremely welcoming and helpful the whole time I’ve been living here and they still strive to make our stay here amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better place

I went on a tour to this property the other day and I was very impressed. A nice young man named Vassili took me on a tour and he was professional and courteous. He answered my questions and knew about all the amenities and showed me everything with a smile 😁. I loved the gated pool area complete with bathrooms, gas grills, a shower area and a play pool. The main pool is large and clean. They have a gym and a beautiful clubhouse for entertaining complete with a kitchen. I never post reviews but this one has been a long time coming. Let me start off by saying the fact that they have the word "luxury" anywhere near their name is a disgrace to the english dictionary. I have now been in 2 different units, the first was a 2 bedroom and things went fine but slowly started to fall apart. From the water heater blowing out the second day we moved in, to the AC dying on us the week before we finally moved out. After all the BS we went through in 2 bed it wouldn't be nearly as bad as our current unit. We moved into a 3 bed unit last month in July and we&apos

Bugs, Bugs, Bugs!!!! I have had roaches (I would assume. I never had a roach problem before) from day one and nothing has been done to fix the problem. They come from the drains in my sink, tub, under the bathroom vanity and from somewhere in the kitchen. I am constantly killing and sweeping them up every day along with mass amounts of caterpillars. Granted I live on the 1st floor but my last two places had doggie doors and I have never dealt with this many pests. The crew at Eastmark are very consoling when it's brought to their attention but 5 months later and no change. I am currently

I love the premiere! The area is perfect! Right next to schools, easy freeway access and many other amenities. We fell in love with the apartment complex and how beautiful the apartments were. Carrie was so helpful in answering all our questions and gave a wonderful tour. We felt confident and comfortable in making our decision. Carrie was so professional, kind and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend living here. You'll love it!

Made an appointment online then I show up and the lady working said I don't have an appointment here and told me I have to come back when she has openings. So their website apparently is fake and you can't set up an appointment even though you even get a confirmation email? Ridiculous I wasted 1 hour driving to this spot for no reason.
