I have lived here at Tamarack Place Apartments for a year and a half now, and it's a wonderful place to call home. I like how it is gated with only one entrance/exit to the complex, and they they also have their own security and plenty of security lights at night around the whole complex. If I have a maintenance issue it is usually resolved within the same day, and handled with professionalism. The management is very professional and willing to help handle any issues that may arise. They also do a great job with keeping all the bugs/insects down to a minimum with a monthly visit from the exterminator

Just moved in and it is very nice. Other residents are friendly, staff is super helpful and quick to respond to any questions or problem with the apartment. The best part is the convenience of shopping in walking distance, restaurants and right on major bus line. I am very glad me and my family moved here.

I appreciate how quickly the office takes care of any maintenance issues. The grounds are impeccable. It was the first thing I noticed when pulling in. The playground is up to date as well. Love there's a pool! Onsite laundry mat has HUGE washers and dryers. Closet space is amazing. And the 2 tone accent walls make a nice touch.

The only problem I had was that I had never lived in a big city before. Being from a small town, I was too likely to let the wrong people into my life and into my apartment. Took me a while to learn to say no. I've been here over 4 years and I have never had a problem with any of the other tenants. As long as I don't let the wrong people take advantage of me, I get along just fine. I respect all the other tenants and they give me respect back. I appreciate that. I feel privileged to have people be so respectful towards me. And the staff are fun to have around. Maintenance is good and the grounds

With a Friendly and Courteous management Tamarack place apartments is a great place to live. With a New playground BBQ grills and pool it's definitely Family friendly. Maintenance rsponds to problems quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Tamarack place Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and Safe place to live.
