Services
For almost two years, District 121 has been actively working to engage our community in the ongoing reduction in programming and services due to cuts related to low funding. The District has been communicating the status as our lowest local and overall revenue status compared to Lake County high school districts, and the efforts the district has made over the last several years to cut costs.
Warren Township High School is proud to have graduated approximately 30,000 alumni over the past 100 years! We welcome all of our alumni to use our website as a resource for alumni functions and/or to reconnect with the high school. Now that I've graduated I can give a full review. Honestly if you put in the effort and you put yourself out there it's a great school. It really is up to the student. If you want to get a good education and go off to college you can certainly do that. If you want to get involved in the drug scene then you can certainly do that as well. My only complaint is that the school does not put that much pressure on kids to go to 4 year institutions, instead they really push CLC (our community college). I never felt that much of a push from the school to apply to selective colleges and that&apos

I see some pretty negative reviews about my school and I would have to disagree, especially about the one about Mr. Dunn. He was a wonderful teacher. The only negative thing I have to say is that the security guards don't intervene in fights. If you've done your research, I'm sure you noticed one of my schoolmates being beaten up and having his face stomped on. If I were there at the time, I would have helped because the guards just watched. But that was only a one time thing and I do love my school otherwise.

The teachers and support staff are wonderful. They are supportive and always willing to help a student whenever they need extra help with their classes. Students need to make more of an effort to participate in school activities. Plenty of clubs, activities and sports to join.

I've had kids in this district for a loong time. While i agree the food is expensive..heck, to do anything in this school is expensive...It's like anything else..you get out what you put in. I've had a few teachers I had to check and I also had teachers/staff i absolutely loved for going out of their way. I've never had a problem with punishments because I teach my kids how to act at home. Any concerns I ever had at Warren was always addressed and settled in a timely and respectful fashion and guess what?? I'm BLACK. I have never been treated wrong because of my race. You get treated based on your

I don't recommend this school for black persons. There has been a lot of discrimination issues this year, staff is very judgmental and could be A LOT better. Food is OVER PRICED. Punishments are wayyyy over due and they don't give people second chances. If the people there don't like you they will treat you different. Very favortistic. Start way too early. Don't come here.

I feel that the teachers at warren can be amazing, and help you when you need it. But the students are not very welcoming, considerate, or inviting at all. Warren was a very hard time for me, and wouldn't want to go back
